If you are looking for a modern high spec pet friendly caravan with decking on a great pitch then look no further than our super Swift Bordeaux Exclusive, 3 bedroom, 6 berth which is a wonderful choice for families, friends and couples alike and makes the perfect holiday destination at any time of the season.

This spaciously modern caravan has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout as well as its own private parking bay and French Doors leading out onto its large wrap around deck with Rattan furniture which looks out onto the sand dunes, perfect for those lazy summer days. It also comes with a gated access ramp so if you have young children in prams or buggies there are no steps to negotiate and the gate keeps everybody safe.

We have chosen a lovely quiet part of the park called Holywell Bay which is just a short walk to the entertainment complex, shops, bars and restaurants that this wonderful 4 star Haven site has to offer and only a 5 minute walk through the park to one of premier beaches in Cornwall, Perran Bay with its 3 mile stretch of beautiful golden sands.

This is a modern caravan and at 38ft x 12ft can easily accommodate up to 6 people, the master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a good sized family shower room / WC. In the spacious living area you will find two free standing sofas, a coffee table with foot stools and a 32 inch TV/DVD combi along with a small selection on DVDs.

There is a dinning table that seats 6 opposite the open plan Kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped with a microwave on the peninsula unit, a full size oven with 4 burner gas hob and a large full size fridge and separate freezer.

Outside on the decking you will find a Rattan furniture set (cushions stored under the double bed) which is accessed from the French doors in the lounge and faces directly onto the sand dunes.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen, we do however supply all pillows and duvets as well as mattress and pillow protectors.

To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £150.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, payment can be made bank transfer.

A fully refundable damages bond of £75.00 is charged with all first time bookings, this is refunded within 7 working days of your departure following a satisfactory inspection of the caravan after your departure.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan (Max 2 dogs per booking) for an additional charge of £50 per dog per week.

Strictly no smoking inside this caravan.

Please note that you are booking a Stay Vacation (caravan only) and entertainment passes are not included in the price. Play Passes can be purchased subject to availability online in advance of your stay or from reception on arrival if required and are sold on a first come first served basis.

Check In Time from 4.00PM, Check Out Time no later than 10.00AM

Early check in of 12.30PM can ONLY be arranged if you are prepared to clean the caravan yourself on arrival and this must be requested at the time of booking. Please note that you will be required to bring your own cleaning products with you.
