Caravan Description

Welcome to our lovely three bedroom six berth Swift Bordeaux caravan at Parkdeans 4 star Newquay Holiday Park in Cornwall.

This modern caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, ensuite to the master bedroom as well as a large South Facing side deck with a Rattan furniture set including dining table and sun parasol. Private parking is right alongside the caravan which also features free Wi-Fi.

The open plan lounge diner is very spacious and features an L-shaped sofa, full height windows to the front, as well as a wall mounted TV, DVD player, electric fire and coffee table with foot stools. The dining table is located between the Lounge and Kitchen and has seating for six people.

Our modern Kitchen is fully equipped with highline and low level cream coloured units with a 4 ring gas hob, gas grill and oven as well as eclectic extractor hood. It comes with a microwave, toaster and kettle as you would expect as well as a full size integrated fridge/freezer. We supply a full crockery and cutlery inventory including saucepans and baking trays etc.

The spacious master bedroom has a its own ensuite wc, a double bed, bedside cabinets, overhead units as well as a large double wardrobe and fitted dressing table with stool. The bedroom is large enough to fit in a travel cot at the foot of bed if required (not supplied).

Both of the twin bedrooms feature two single beds which can if preferred be pushed together to form doubles, they also have single wardrobes, a bedside cabinet and overhead storage.

The master bathroom features a large walk in shower, sink with mirrored cupboard above and a WC with storage above. Please note that all beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors.

This lovely family caravan is located at the quiet Sycamores area of the park on a fantastic South facing pitch which is just a 5 minute stroll to the entertainment complex.

To confirm a booking we will require a non-refundable deposit of £150 per week which can be paid by bank transfer. The remaining balance is then due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.

To ensure that our caravan is well looked after we charge a fully refundable damages bond of £75 per booking which is returned within 7 working days of your departure subject to the caravan being left in good order.

To keep our prices as low as possible guests are required to bring their own bed linen and please note that we operate a strict no smoking no pets policy in this caravan.

We let this caravan on a Friday to Friday basis with a Check in time of 4.00PM and departure time is no later than 10.00AM.

Early check in of 12.30PM can ONLY be arranged f your are prepared to clean the caravan yourself on arrival and this must be requested at the time of booking. Please note that you will be required to supply your own cleaning products.

Newquay Holiday Park is a fun packed 4 star Parkdean Resorts site just a short 5 minute drive from Newquay town centre.

Newquay boasts a myriad of great beaches some of which are the finest in Cornwall including the world famous surfer paradise of Fistral Beach. The closest beach happens to be our family favourite Porth Beach just a couple of minutes by car away from the park, this beach has a large car park directly opposite and the Mermaid Pub is sat right at the entrance to the sand.

The park itself underwent a huge £5m upgrade in 2022 and has loads for all the family to enjoy including three outdoor heated pools, crazy golf, bungy trampolines, high ropes adventure, arts and crafts centre, archery, 5 a side sports court, arcade, soft play, pitch and putt and several children's play parks. There is also a mini supermarket on site and the lovely Showbar and restaurant complex where you can enjoy a meal, try your luck at bingo and the kids get to watch the character shows before the evening entertainment kicks in.
