Caravan Description

Our three bedroom eight berth ABI Haywood caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout, it comes with a side deck with outside table and chairs and a private car parking space as well as free Parkdean wifi.

The spaciously modern lounge has plenty of seating on the L shaped sofa (including sofa bed) and there is also a good sized dinning table which seats 6. The lounge has a lovely flame effect electric fire should you decide that the central heating is not required and we have provided an LCD TV & DVD player with freeview for your entertainment along with a small selection of movies.

Our luxury fitted kitchen has rounded wall and floor oak effect units with burgundy soft close doors and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay including full size oven and 4 ring gas hob with chrome extractor and full height glass splash back, built in microwave, full size fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.

The spacious master bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite WC and has a double bed, two bedside cabinets with wall mounted lights as well as overhead storage units. There is also a double wardrobe with built in drawers along with a dressing table and mirror with a handy seat underneath.

Both twin bedrooms have a pair of single beds, wall mounted shelving unit and lights as well as a single wardrobe. All beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort.

The shower room is fitted with a modern white suite incorporating a WC, sink with bathroom cabinet above and a large enclosed shower cubicle.

This delightful caravan is very well laid out as you would expect from a premium brand like ABI and is located at the quiet Meadows area of the park which is just a short walk from the entertainment complex.

In an attempt to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to supply their own bed linen however we do provide all pillows and duvets along with mattress and pillow protectors.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan for an additional charge of £45 per dog per week (max 2 dogs per week £80).

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival if required.

We let this caravan on a Saturday to Saturday basis with a check in time from 4.00PM and check out no later than 10.00AM.

Early check in of 12.30pm can only be arranged if you are prepared to clean the caravan yourself on arrival and must be requested at the time of booking. Please note that you will be required to supply your own cleaning products.

We operate a strict no smoking policy inside this caravan and Newquay Holiday Park no longer permits commercial vehicles on the park unless they have windows fitted at the rear. .

To confirm your booking we require a non refundable deposit of £150.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer.

We charge a fully refundable damages bond of £75.00 with all first time bookings, this is refunded within 7 working days of your departure subject to a satisfactory inspection of the caravan following your departure.
