Our spaciously modern two bedroom six berth ABI Malvern caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. At a generous 36 feet long by 12 feet wide this caravan provides all the comfort and space of a real home from home.
We have chosen a fantastic south facing pitch on the Meadows area of the park which will allow you to enjoy our gated decked balcony with outdoor furniture to the full and your own private parking space is directly alongside.
The lounge is bathed in daylight thanks to an array of windows above a very large wrap around sofa which incorporates a double sofa bed and provides ample seating for all of the family. We have provided a 32 inch TV for your entertainment and beneath the wall mounted mirror is a contemporary electric fire if you choose not to use the central heating on those cooler days.
The dining area has a free standing table and the seating forms part of the wrap around sofa along with a couple of stools so that it can seat up to 6 people opposite the open plan Kitchen.
Fully equipped with everything that you may need during your stay the Kitchen has a full size oven and grill with 4 ring gas hob and extractor fan, microwave, full size integrated fridge and separate freezer, toaster, kettle and a full crockery and cutlery inventory.
The gorgeous master bedroom with its own private en-suite has a king sized divan bed with Emma mattress along with twin bedside cabinets as well as stylish overhead storage and shelving units. There is a full size double wardrobe and separate dressing table area with mirror and drawer units as well as a handy make up stool.
Right next door to the master bedroom is a very well designed twin bedroom where the two single beds have been placed diagonally opposite each other to provide extra floor space. There is a full height wardrobe and mirror with shelving unit below.
The shower room has a modern white suite incorporating a sink, WC and a large enclosed shower cubicle with mixer shower, plenty of shelving is also provided in this room which also incorporates the boiler cupboard.
This really is a lovely caravan on a fantastic pitch in one of the best holiday parks in the area so please feel free to contact me should you require any further information.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen with you, we do however provide all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival.
We let this caravan on a Saturday to Saturday basis with a check in time from 4.00pm and a check out time of no later than 10.00AM.
Early check in of 12.30pm is only available if you are prepared to clean the caravan yourself on arrival and this must be requested at the time of booking. Please note that you will be required to bring your own cleaning products.
To confirm your booking we will require a non refundable deposit of £150.00 per week with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date and payment can be made by or bank transfer.
We charge a fully refundable damages bond of £75 with all bookings which is returned within 7 working days of your departure following satisfactory inspection of the caravan after your departure.
I am happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan for an additional charge of £45 per dog per week (max 2 dogs per booking £80).
