Welcome to our lovely, quality holiday lodge for rent on the 5* Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset, situated on a prime plot.

Caravan Description
We would like to welcome you to our luxurious top of the range mini lodge. Measuring 44 feet x 13 feet.
Fully centrally heated and double glazed.
It offers of a comfortable open plan living area, comprising a lounge with free standing sofa and chairs, plus sliding doors leading onto a sun decking; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc; and a dining area with free standing dining table and chairs.
The main king size bedroom has a shower en-suite, plus plenty of storage/ wardrobes and a TV. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, a toilet and wash basin.
Entertainment passes are NOT included within the price.
These cost £55. This price covers up to 4 people staying, and I will need to purchase these before your arrival.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
We charge a security deposit of £100. This will be returned within a few days of your departure, once the home has been checked for and loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.
We DO expect our holiday home to be left clean and tidy.

The park is also within walking distance of Avon beach, just a 10 minute flat walk.
Keep walking along the coastline, and you will come to Mudeford Quay. Very popular for crab fishing or having a drink and a bite to eat at The Haven pub watching the world go by.
Bournemouth is approximately 20 minutes drive.
Lymington around 20 minutes.
Paultons Park Pepper Pig World is around 30 minutes drive.
