We are hiring our luxurious ABI Beaumont holiday home on Hoburne Naish in Hampshire, situated in a much sought after are of the Park.

To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. This then allows them the ‘Verified’ status. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Our beautiful double glazed and central heated holiday home at Hoburne Naish, benefits from a super large, sunny decking area which attracts the sun all day, although we do have a lovely tree to give some shade in high season.
Our holiday home has 2 bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The large master is a king size bedroom with ample storage, a good size TV on the wall, lots of wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath (shower over), toilet and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has twin beds, which are of a good size and suitable for adults. There’s also a wardrobe.
The family shower room is located off the hallway.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, 5 ring gas hob, large larder, fridge/freezer and a dining table with chairs.
Within the lounge are two free standing sofas and a large footstool. Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the south facing decking area. In the summer the hedge grows up giving total privacy.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING ALLOWED
NO PETS – we do have our dog stay however, so if you have allergies, our holiday home may not be suitable.
NO STAG / HEN PARTIES ALLOWED.
NO CHARGING OF ELECTRIC CARS. Electric points are by the sales office.
Only named guests are allowed to stay in our holiday home.
We DO NOT allow sleeping on the sofas etc.
We require a £100 deposit to hold your required dates. This will also act as a security deposit, which will be returned once the home has been checked for and loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean, following your departure.
We do expect our holiday home be left clean and tidy.
We do charge a cleaning/laundry fee of £80. This includes bed linen towels, and a small welcome pack.
