We have a lovely, spacious holiday caravan to let on the 5* Hoburne Park in Christchurch, Dorset, complete with Wi-Fi.

Lodge Description
Our beautiful modern and spacious 2020 double glazed and central heated holiday caravan to let on Hoburne Park, this has two bedrooms (one double and one twin)
Our caravan sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
It also offers one main bathroom with shower. One en suite toilet/sink in master bedroom, comfortable spacious lounge, dining area with comfortable seating for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen.
We have privacy windows so no net curtains.
Outside we have a large private secure gated decking .
Duvets and pillows are provided.
We ask that you bring your own towels and linen to keep our rental costs down.
However if you would like bed linen supplied we charge an extra £40.
Parking just outside the caravan.
Our caravan is located just a couple of minutes walk from the swimming pools, gym, clubhouse ect.

10 to 15 minute walk from Hoburne Park, will find you at the beach.
Mudeford Quay popular for crab fishing is a further walk down the beach, or 5 minutes in the car.
5 to 10 minute walk from our caravan to the local Spar shop.
We take a deposit of £100, this also acts as a security deposit and is refundable within 5 working days after holiday subject to post holiday inspection.
A minimal cleaning fee of £25 is also charged..
Bournemouth and Lymington are around 25 minutes drive.
Hoburne have an open top bus, that goes hourly and takes you to Allum Chine, stopping en route including Bournemouth.
We have a large Sainsbury’s store very close by.
Lots of restaurants and takeaways, including Mc Donald’s, KFC. Indian and Chinese restaurants/takeaway. Fish and chips,
Toby Carvery, Beefeater and lots more.
Strictly NO smoking and NO vaping allowed.
NO single sex parties.
This is a family caravan and we expect our guests to treat it with respect.
It is expected that our guests will leave our caravan clean and tidy.
