Caravan Description

Our mobile home, is 42' and one of only a small number of extra-large mobile homes permitted on the park.

It is set in a large, south-facing, mature plot surrounded by high hedges providing privacy.

We are located in a quiet circle on the perimeter and yet close to all the amenities.

This mid-lounge model with high arched ceilings, providing the ideal accommodation for families, is luxuriously equipped for six adults. The lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, electric fire and air conditioning to ensure true comfort, no matter how hot.

The kitchen has everything you could wish for; a large built-in fridge freezer, built-in dishwasher, built-in washing machine, full size domestic electric oven, state of the art electric induction hob and cooker hood. As keen cooks our kitchen is equipped with every gadget possible, from espresso machine to crab picks. All electrical equipment and sockets are English so no need for adaptors.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a double and a single wardrobe, a dressing table and an en-suite bathroom with shower. At the other end of the home are two twin rooms designed for adult use, each having generous wardrobe space and a second fully equipped bathroom with shower.

This layout works particularly well for two couples sharing or for grandchildren!!!

The extra-spacious living area has double doors leading on to a large decked area spanning the full length of the home, widening at the rear to provide a lounge area with outdoor suite, coffee table and a large wooden dining table with six chairs which are shaded by two large parasols.

Steps at the rear of the deck lead down to a decked kitchen area with large Australian style BBQ, prep. table, an outdoor socket for portable induction hob when you really want to cook outside, and even a small herb garden. The grassed area has two trees to provide shade; a lovely spot to make use of the garden recliners.

We also provide two bikes, a beach parasol, an adult body-board and a selection of outdoor games kit. Maps of the area and a range of books and CDs are provided too.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but linen is not.

Gas, water and electric is included.

Fun passes, which enable access to all the amenities, can be purchased at reception. Internet wi-fi access can also be purchased.
