Our 3 bedroom mobile home to let on Les Amiaux in St Jean de Monts on the west coast of France in the Vendee region, is located on a large, private plot at the top of a small cul-de-sac.
From our mobile home at Les Amiaux, all of the on site amenities are easily accessible.
The mobile home is in a sunny position surrounded by hedging to offer a sense of privacy. There is parking for one car on the plot, as well as a paved dining area and grassed area. We have a dining table and chairs for 6 people, along with 2 sunbeds, 2 sunchairs and a small, charcoal barbecue. There is also a gazebo over the eating area to provide some shade. A selection of beach toys and beach equipment is available for our guests to use.
Inside the mobile home, the living area is spacious. with a separate dining area. There is a DVD player with a good selection of DVDs for you to use, as well as a selection of games and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people, with all of the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. There’s also a fridge freezer, microwave and oven with a 4 burner hob.
There are three bedrooms in the mobile home, all with a set of drawers and a wardrobe for storage. There is a main double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. One of these can be easily converted into a second double if preferred. We provide quilts, pillows and matress covers, but guest will need to provide their own bed linen, towels and tea towels. There is a laundry rental scheme available.
The bathroom has a shower over a small bath (ideal for bathing young children) and a hand basin. There’s also a separate toilet with hand basin.
The cost of water, electricity and gas is included in the rental.
Wi-Fi is available on the site, which can be purchased from the Reception office.
Guests are responsible for leaving the home as they found it, ready for the next guests. There is a selection of cleaning equipment and materials in the home.
We have a resident on site host to welcome you and provide you with any help that you may need during your holiday.

About the Area
Les Amiaux is a welcoming friendly family campsite situated on the west coast of France in the Vendee region. The site lies between Saint Jean de Monts and Notre Dame de Monts, both of which have a good selection of restaurants, food shops, regular markets and beautiful sandy beaches.On site you will find an indoor heated swimming pool with outside slides; an outdoor heated pool with a children's play pool; a bar restaurant and shop (with much larger supermarkets within very easy reach of the site); tennis courts and table tennis tables; a football/basketball court; and boules and bicycle hire. During the high season there is a kids’ club.
Close to Les Amiaux are many beautiful, sandy beaches and cycleways.
There are many local markets in the towns within easy reach of Les Amiaux too, and the beautiful Ile De Noirmoutier is nearby.
There are also water parks and other activities in the area designed for families.
