Caravan Description

We have a beautifully presented, air-conditioned and heated holiday home on Camping Parc St James/Parc Montana (a friendly, 4* site) situated amongst the trees that provide welcome shade. Our mobile is situated right in the heart of the parc, very close to all the amenities and swimming pool. This is an ideal location for families.

The site used to be a vineyard - with its location there are stunning views, and with a glass of wine in your hand you can also enjoy the sunsets over the Bay of St. Tropez.

Parc St James is a friendly, family run 4*site offering two swimming pools (one heated and one with a jacuzzi) and two water chutes; a restaurant and a bar with wi-fi; a mini market and loan of sports equipment and board games; mini golf and tennis courts; plus play areas for children etc. For the energetic there is also a gym that is free to use.

There is a daily site charge of 10 - 20 Euros (season dependant); this is set by the site and not us. There is also a daily tourist tax for adults 18+ years.

To maintain site security, the site is gated and you will require a gate fob to allow access by vehicle. This is obtained from reception when you register. A refundable deposit will be payable. There’s also parking facilities outside the main gate.

Males are required to wear Speedo/Daniel Craig type swimwear. Conventional shorts are not permitted for hygiene reasons (actually French law).

The Mobile Home

Our mobile home is managed by an English couple. It has three bedrooms and can sleep six, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet, plus two more bedrooms, each with two single beds. There is also a family shower room and separate toilet. We can provide a travel cot and bedding if you have a young baby. (Chargeable).

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an oven, hob and fridge freezer. There’s plenty of utensils for the gourmet cook too! Outside there is a Raclette grill (strictly no BBQs allowed) and comfortable furniture to relax on.

We like to think we provide you with all the comforts of home. You will always arrive to a spotlessly clean mobile home that has been completely sanitised and aired ready for you to start enjoying your holiday.

Duvets, pillows, fresh linen, towels and tea towels are included in your package. We also offer you the option to change your bed linen/towels during your stay should you like to have fresh linen at any point. We will include the price list for this option with your booking forms. We think that packing beach towels is also a chore, especially if you are flying, they take up valuable space in your case. We can for a small charge provide beach towels for you. Bonus is you don't need to get sand in your bath towel!

Start your day with fresh coffee and pastries outside under blue skies whilst you decide what to do with your day, maybe visit one of the local markets or simply head to one of the many beautiful beaches in the area. There are several towns nearby; Port Grimaud and St Tropez are well worth the visit. There are also good supermarkets close by.

We can, at an extra charge:
. Change your linen/towels during your stay should you require this
. Supply beach/swimming towels, no sand in your bath towels or bringing them from home using up valuable luggage space.
. Provide a travel cot and bedding

We understand that there may be something extra you need especially for young children - please ask as we maybe able to provide it.
We always leave a welcome pack for your arrival, a bottle of local wine, tea, coffee, sugar & milk, also a soft drink for the little ones. Should you require any other essentials for your arrival please ask for a price. There is a campsite shop very close by.

Our minimum booking is 3 nights
On booking we require 25% deposit. The final balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday start date. We also ask for £100 refundable security deposit with your final balance. If you book at short notice then the full amount is payable on booking.

Book with us in confidence. Should your holiday be cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will offer a full refund.

Location

Set in a truly beautiful part of France, there are many lovely places to visit locally:

St Tropez - admire the super yachts and sit and people watch - you never know who you may see!
Port Grimaud - a beautiful place where you can rent a self drive boat or take the water taxi to various other local waterfront towns.
La Croix Valmer - for beaches with fine sand and shallow water; ideal for children.

Frejus - an old Roman town and a hive of activity; well worth a day out.
Gorges du Verdon - known as the French Grand Canyon. Although a drive away, it is absolutely breathtaking; hire a pedalo and go into the gorge itself!
