For latest availability please contact.

Our lovely mobile home is situated in a prime spot on the hillside, offering a secluded and private garden with views stretching over the stunning surrounding hills and forest, as well as cork and oak trees set below the pretty hilltop village of Gassin village.

From our mobile home, the shower block and washing facilities are a perfect distance. Also just a short walk are the swimming pools, restaurant and other facilities detailed below.

The mobile home is light, airy and sleeps up to 6 persons. It has a master double bedroom, a twin room (can be easily pushed together to make up as a double), and a very comfy sofa bed that sleeps two further guests.

The main bathroom has a good sized shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also a second separate toilet with hand basin.

We want your holiday to feel like a home from home, so our open plan kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge/freezer; gas oven and hob; microwave; kettle, filter coffee machine; all pots and pans; utensils and cutlery; etc.

You’re able to dine inside at the dining table and in the lounge there are two comfortable sofas, central air-con/ heating, and DVD player. However, you’ll mainly be dining outside, because as you walk through the double doors onto the extensive terrace overlooking the cork, oak and pined hills, our outside dining area has one the best views where you can take in the stunning sunsets. There’s also for your comfort an ouside dining table with plenty seating, twin sunbeds and umbrellas - for during the day; perfect for tanning or drying off after a swim.

The large decked terrace has outside lighting; a kitchen with sink, fridge for garden drinks and freezer; electric points; and a George Foreman grill - all perfect for alfresco dining at sundown. Steps from the terrace lead you to the landscaped garden and drive with space for 2 cars and bikes.

As well as air con in the main living room for your convenience we have also provided fans for the bedrooms, blankets and pillows with under-covers.

Wi-Fi is available on site for you to purchase by daily/weekly or monthly packages. The reception is English speaking, very friendly and helpful. There is a small convenience store on site selling all the basics plus freshly baked baguettes and daily international newspapers.

Site fees and local taxes are to be paid at Reception, which covers use of nearly all the facilities on site - tennis is booked through reception at 4 Euro per hour.

Location

Parc St James really is a 4* park with brilliant facilities for all the family, along with daytime and evening entertainment, and wonderful staff and security. You’ll feel safe but free to explore all the same.

There are 2 swimming pools, one heated and one shallower with Jacuzzi, along with a schedule of water aerobics, and water games during high season. For the kids there’s a safe water garden with slides and jets of water Outside the pool there’s playgrounds, slides, rope bridge, climbing wall and cabins.
Nearby there’s also several water parks, we recommend a day at AquaLand.

There’s tennis, table tennis, volleyball, crazy golf, bike rental, a fully equipped fitness room for 16yo + and a daily schedule of fitness classes inc. yoga and zumba.

An on site restaurant and bar has wi-fi and serves nice food and drinks throughout the day; there’s also a mini market; laundrette; sports equipment hire, board games; baby changing (bed, chair, bath etc.). The bar will show sport when it’s on but we recommend Monroe’s in Little Venice.

The beauty of Parc St JamesClose is its location, within a 10 minute drive there are a choice of beautiful beaches, including the famous Pampalone beach and Gigaro beach. St Tropez is also a 10 minute drive away where you can stroll around the streets, watch the local artists paint or admire the super yachts and quite often spot the odd star!

Neighbouring jaunts are Port Grimaud, also known as Little Venice, a little village accessed only by boat or foot is a must with beautiful restaurants and bars, a short walk to the beach dine or have cocktails with the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean as a backdrop.

Gassin itself is stunning, quaint village life with panoramic views of the French Riviera, situated at the top of the hill and boasts a selection of very nice restaurants and breathtaking views over the bay. Also a favourite place of ours is Croix Valmer, the next local town where you can enjoy a petite dejeuner for 8Euro and then stroll around the extensive Sunday market!

Flights are mostly into Nice airport, where car hire can be picked up. Site is approximately 1.5 hour drive from the Airport. Another local airport is Toulon situated about an hour's drive and car hire available but please check departures from UK airports as not as many as used to be.

Markets can be found everyday and are each unique and are a must, for those not keen on walking around, you’ll always find a nice eatery or cafe for a coffee (or bierre!) or an abundance of other things to do such as fishing, cycle routes, walking including hillside with amazing views over the turquoise blue sea, or listening to local jazz in the bars on the seafront!

You will fall in love with the area, which offers something for all tastes and budgets.

Should you require any further information please text or email and we will be only too willing to answer any questions you may have.

thank you

For Swimming there’s 2 swimming pools, one with a Jacuzzi, along with a schedule of water aerobics, water polo and water games. For the kids there’s a safe water garden with slides and jets of water. Outside the pool there’s playgrounds, slides, rope bridge, climbing wall and cabins.

There’s tennis, table tennis, volleyball, boulles, crazy golf, a fully equipped fitness room for 16 + and during peak months a daily schedule possibly of fitness classes inc. yoga and zumba, water fitness.

The site restaurant serves food in the evening. There is a bar and they have recently added a separate cocktail bar. There’s also a mini market; laundrette; sports equipment hire. The bar will show some international sport when it’s on but we recommend Monroe’s in Little Venice if you are a keen sports fan, which will air almost all sports on multi screens and food if you would like to eat.

The beauty of Parc St James is its location, within less than a 10 minute drive there are a choice of beautiful beaches, including the famous Pampalone beach and Gigaro beach. St Tropez is also a 10 minute drive away where you can stroll around the streets, watch the local artists paint or admire the super yachts and quite often spot the odd star!

Gassin itself is stunning, a quaint village with panoramic views of the French Riviera, situated at the top of the hill and boasts a selection of very nice restaurants and breathtaking views over the bay. One of our favourite places is Croix Valmer, just minutes in the car and hosting shops, bars, restaurants and a thriving Sunday morning market. If you don't fancy the market then also on a Sunday morning there is also just minutes away a 'French equivalent to Boot Sale' where you will be bemused at the sheer variance of things on offer!!

Flights to Nice airport, and car hire is approximately 1.5 hour drive from Nice Airport. Toulon used to run flights but please check this for yourself. Also approx 1.5 hours pretty drive along the coast.

Markets can be found everyday in a different town or village nearby, for those not keen on walking around, you’ll always find a nice eatery or cafe for a coffee (or bierre!)

You will fall in love with the area, which offers something for all tastes and budgets.
