Our lovely mobile home and caravan to let in a quiet area of Domaine du Pins de la Lègue, has been insulated to keep it cool in the summer, with air con in the main living area. The large covered terrace gives provides fantastic views down the valley.
Most people use the property as a base to explore the beautiful beaches and countryside, which are close, but a day by the magnificent pools, outside Gym, volleyball, basketball, football, children's play areas, table tennis, multiple tennis courts, etc give you plenty to do on site, or even walk around the Domaine looking at the different gardens etc.

Situated on a private estate with excellent facilities, we are only 40 minutes from Nice with Monaco, Italy, and within easy reach of many fine beaches and plenty of leisure activities.

Our plot (Roco 6) on the private Pins de la Lègue, is a large 400 m2 so offers plenty of outdoor living space.

The main mobile home has an outside covered kitchen area with sink, large fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave and a small electric oven, along with a table and chairs for 6. There is also a separate lounging area to unwind with a glass of wine and take in the wonderful views.

Inside there is air conditioning and a large lounge with TV and DVD player, which, using the bed settee, can provide extra sleeping accommodation. There’s also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash basin.

We can supply pillows and blankets (not that you will need them in the summer), you just need to take linen and towels.

The small caravan alongside, provided additional sleeping accommodation and has a double bed and single bed, toilet and wash basin.

There is also separate sun lounging area for those who want to top up on their tan, or there are cool shaded areas under the trees.

We have plenty of beach gear you may use, ranging from snorkels, goggles, inflatable beds, table tennis bats, tennis rackets, fishing rods and an inflatable dinghy. We also have four bikes, sun chairs, beach chairs and parasols to take to the beach. We have many more items for children; buckets, spades, balls etc. If needed we have a washing machine in the cellar.

Location

Domaine du Pins de la Lègue offers plenty of places to explore on site; we enjoy just walking around looking at the various buildings and gardens, also the small arboretum is good. The boules area is always busy and the outdoor cinema will show English films once a week during the peak season.

There’s also plenty of facilities on site, such as 2 bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, outdoor gym, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, 5-a-side football and also 11-a- side football. These activities are tied up with organised programmes from the site office, which produces a pamphlet in English and French.

In the evenings a disco under the pool is open for teenagers until 11pm and then adults from 11 til 3, we think!!!!

We find that most of the time we are off site, visiting the beautiful villages in the hills, lazing on the beach, exiting activities or if we do stay on site a relaxing day at the 5 pools is great.

Within 10km of the site there are lots of lovely beaches, water parks, go karting, a large funfair, 10 pin bowling, gorgeous typically French villages and even a car boot sale on a Sunday if that’s what you like!!

Further afield there is white water rafting, parascending, Monte Carlo, Nice, Saint Tropez plus much more.
