Caravan Description
Our air conditioned, 6 berth mobile home is located at Camping Le Dattier (a four star park) in the South of France. With its covered terrace you can sit outside and enjoy al-fresco dining at the six seater dining table.
Our mobile home has a master double bedroom with en-suite toilet and wash basin, wardrobe and drawer space. There is a twin room with two single beds (can be moved together to make a double), a wardrobe and drawer space.
There is a shower room with large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. A hairdryer is provided.
The kitchen has a four burner gas hob and gas oven, microwave and plenty of storage space. Most cooking utensils and cutlery are provided within the inventory.
The dining area is equipped with a four seater dining suite, not that you will be wanting to eat indoors.
The lounge area has two comfortable two seater sofas and there is a TV with in-built DVD player, plus a CD/radio for your evening entertainment.
Outside on the large covered terrace you will find a six seater dining suite and two sun loungers on the lower decking for your use.
Quilts and pillows are provided for 6 people. Please note sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels are not provided. These can be hired if at least four weeks notice is given.
Please note: An administration fee of 25€ per stay plus the local taxe de sejour of 0.86€ per person aged over 13 per day is payable direct to Le Dattier on arrival.

About the Area
Camping Le Dattier enjoys three swimming pools, including a children’s pool.There is a tennis court, table tennis and petanque area as well as a games room and children’s play area on site.
A restaurant/bar which serves good food is situated near the pool area, having great views from the upper terrace.
There are numerous supermarkets, boulangeries and patisseries close to Le Dattier, also there is a pizza and burger take-away nearby.
There is a bus stop just outside the entrance giving easy access to Fréjus town centre and beaches.
There are laundry facilities available (additional charges apply).

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var Region
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var area is well known for its sunny climate, excellent beaches and of course food and wine. You can do plenty of celebrity spotting when walking around the streets of Nice, Cannes and St Tropez and you may find yourself sharing a coffee with them when sitting in one of the chic bars or restaurants or even a cocktail in one of the many night spots.
If you get tired of people watching why not do some shopping in one of the designer boutiques on the Rue d'Antibes in Cannes (or just window shop if you're on a budget!)
There are many ports in the region which are home to some very exclusive yachts which are well worth a visit. Also nearby there is walking & hiking, karting, bike hire, parachuting, rock climbing, bowling, diving, fishing, golf courses, horse riding and water sports.
The Frejus Area
There are fantastic beaches nearby, some only approximately 2.4 miles away.
Nearby towns include Frejus, Cannes, Nice, St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Monaco and Grasse to name but a few.
Nearby attractions include Aqualand - the largest waterpark on the Côte d'Azur and Marineland - an aquarium near Nice.
Also don't forget a trip to Les Gorges du Verdon, the Cote D'Azur's own Grand Canyon where you can walk, climb or hire a pedalo or canoe and explore the lake and river that winds its way along the base of the gorge.
Locally Frejus has a long sandy beach and plenty of shops to keep everyone happy. There is a large market every Sunday morning alongside the beach and an Oriental Market on a Saturday morning nearby.
