Caravan Description
2024 will be my 17th year renting on Kiln Cliffs. Privately owned, Swift Burgundy caravan for hire on Kiln Cliffs Caravan Park, near Cromer in Norfolk, situated on the front row of a cliff top giving you magnificent, unrestricted sea views and picturesque sunsets.
This is one of my two, privately owned caravans located on Kiln Cliffs Caravan Park in Mundesley, a short drive east of Cromer.

Bookings and Conditions
I offer risk free bookings.
The rental period is from mid-March to the end of October. Full weeks, long term rental or short breaks are available.
Low seasons from £425 per week - High season £690 per week.
Short breaks are a minimum of 2 nights priced at £110 per night. No short breaks are available from mid July to the end of August.
A £50 key deposit is required on booking. This is additional to the holiday cost and reserves your dates. This deposit is returned after your stay as long as the caravan is in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages found.
The full balance is required one calendar month prior to your holiday start date.
Payments accepted by cheque or internet bank transfer (preferred).
Caravan Details
My Swift Burgundy caravan sleeps up to six people. It is fully equipped for a family holiday and includes a Freesat tv.
Bed linen, duvets and pillows are supplied for the master double (inc a topper) and twin beds.
Bed linen is not supplied for the pull out double. Please note it is not that comfortable and you may require a topper.
An electric blanket is available for the double bed and a beach rug are provided, to name just a couple of items.
Outside is a patio area with table and chairs, along with storage that contains a windbreak, crab lines, BBQ, buckets and spades.
The caravan has parking for two cars.

Location
The caravan is situated on the front row of a cliff top, giving you magnificent, unrestricted sea views and picturesque sunsets. There is a private stepped path which leads you to superb beach - or you can drive down to the beach on Vale Road, which is located 400 yards from the site, where parking is available, as well as a boat ramp if required for boat /jet ski launch etc.

About the Area
Kiln Cliffs Caravan Park is ideally placed for nature watching trips, seal watching trips and The Norfolk Broads. It is a great base for superb, challenging beach fishing or a golfing break, with numerous 18 and 9 hole courses nearby.Beach running is a joy, as is the crab fishing off nearby Cromer pier; a must for all ages.
