Caravan Description

2024 will be my 17th year renting on Kiln Cliffs. This caravan is pet friendly and the newer of my two privately owned caravans on Kiln Cliffs Caravan Park in Mundesley, east of Cromer.

Kiln Cliffs Caravan Park is a peaceful, family caravan park where you cannot fail to totally relax and unwind; you will not want to leave.

Bookings and Conditions

I offer risk free bookings.

The rental period is from mid March to the end of October. Full weeks, long term rental or short breaks are available.

Low seasons start from £425 pw - High season £690 pw.

Short breaks are a minimum of 2 nights priced at £110 per night. No short breaks are available from mid July to end of August.

A £50 key deposit is required on booking. This is additional to the holiday cost and reserves your dates. This deposit is returned after your stay as long as the caravan is in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages found.

The full balance is required one calendar month prior to your holiday start date.

Pet charge of £20 per week or part week for first pet, and £5 for each additional pet.

Payments accepted by cheque or Internet bank transfer (preferred).

Caravan Details

This Delta Ascot caravan is centrally heated throughout and sleeps up to six people. It is fully equipped for a family holiday and includes a Freesat TV and electric effect fire in the lounge.

Bed linen, duvets and pillows are supplied for the master double (inc a topper) and twin beds.

Bed linen is not supplied for the pull out double. Please note it is not really that comfortable and you may require a topper.

An electric blanket is available for the double bed and a beach rug are provided, to name just a couple of items.

Outside is a patio area with table and chairs, along with storage that contains windbreaks, crab lines, BBQ, buckets and spades.
The caravan has parking for two cars.

Location

The caravan is situated on a cliff top, giving you sea views and picturesque sunsets. There is a private, stepped path that leads you to superb, dog friendly beach - or you can drive down to the beach on Vale Road, located 400 yards from the site. Parking is available, as well as a boat ramp if required for boat/jet ski launch etc.

Kiln Cliffs Caravan Park in Mundesley, is ideally placed for nature watching trips, seal watching trips and The Norfolk Broads. It is a great base for superb challenging beach fishing or golfing break, with numerous 18 and 9 hole courses nearby.

Beach running is a joy. Pets love it and want to return. Crab fishing off nearby Cromer pier is a must for all ages.
