Caravan Description

Our ABI York caravan for hire on Southview, is sited within easy walking distance of the site's facilities, yet far enough away to be reasonably quiet.

caravan has just had a complete refurbishment through out.

It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both with fitted wardrobe. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge area.

The caravan is double glazed, with a gas fire in the lounge, electric heater in the hallway and in the main bedroom.

The lounge has a traditional wrap around seating in the front, a dining area with seating and a 32" flat screen Freeview TV.

The fully fitted kitchen has all mod cons, including a under counter fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, along with all pots, pans and crockery.

Outside is a large veranda with patio set, and car parking is next to the caravan on a hard standing.

We will provide duvets and pillows you just need to bring your own linen and towels.

The caravan is cleaned by us, the owners to a high standard.

Bookings & Conditions

Sorry, but no pets or same sex groups allowed.

You must be over 25 to book.

Bookings are usually Friday to friday, but Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday can be accommodated in off peak periods.

We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your dates, with the balance to be paid at least 4 weeks before your holiday start date.

A £50 security/damage bond is also required, which will be refunded after your holiday provided there is no damage or loss and the caravan is left reasonably clean and tidy.
