Caravan Description

Our newly purchased Willerby Rio Gold 12 2017 holiday caravan is now available for hire on haven skegness, formally Richmond Holiday Centre, offering gas central heating, double glazing and a large veranda with furniture.

The caravan sleeps 6 in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, plus a double pull-out bed in the lounge. All bedrooms have ample storage, with the master bedroom having an en-suite with toilet and wash basin. There is also a second toilet and shower room.

The lounge has a 32" TV with Freeview, a gas fire,radiator and ample seating, along with a dining area with seating.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fully integrated fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery, utensils, pans, cutlery etc. A Hoover, iron and ironing board are provided too.

Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

The caravan is cleaned by ourselves.

Ir is located just a 10 minute walk from the bus and train station and within easy walking distance of the seafront and beach, where you will find all the usual seaside attractions.

There is a swimming pool on site, along with a shop, chip shop, pub and club.

and 1 x 8 berth caravan on coral beach ref 6248.


Bookings & Conditions

We ask for a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your holiday, with the balance due at least 4 weeks before the holiday start date.

A £50 damage security bond is also payable with the balance, which will be refunded providing no damage, breakages or loss has occurred and the caravan has been left clean and tidy.

NO pets and NO smoking allowed.

NO same sex groups allowed.

The lead name on the booking must be over 25 years old.
