Our dog friendly, Shorefield holiday home offers woodland walks just a 3 minute walk away, and the beautiful beach at Milford-on-Sea (famous for its colourful beach huts) just a 10 minute walk away.
Koda's Retreat compliments Koda's Lodge (Ref 8964b on this website), our luxurious lodge which is only a stone’s throw away, so perfect for larger families or group of friends who want to holiday together. Both named after our gorgeous cocker spaniel, Koda
This light-filled spacious caravan has all the comforts of home to enjoy with central heating and double glazing throughout to make your stay cosy and very comfortable. Beds are made up upon your arrival as all bedlinen and towels are provided for your comfort. Professionally cleaned in between stays.
Benefitting from a spacious open plan lounge, integrated fridge freezer, 2 bathrooms ( 1 en-suite to master), 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 with own WIFI. Very homely with extra touches as this is a much loved and cared for holiday home.
2 private car parking spaces are attached to our caravan leading to a sunny, south facing extra wide decking with gate, benefiting from a table and chairs for eating and relaxing. Perfect for dining al-fresco or enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple whilst watching the sun going down. Additional grassed area to the right of the decking in front of the parking spaces.
Open plan kitchen has an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, New World gas hob/cooker and is fully equipped for adults as well as children dining, with plenty of storage.
Spacious lounge with wraparound corner sofa, side coffee table, large curved Smart TV and fireplace for those cosy evenings.
Free standing dining room table with 4 chairs.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, built-in triple wardrobe with matching chest of drawers, plenty of storage in overhead unit and floating bedside tables with lamps. The adjoining en-suite has with basin, toilet and heated towel rail. A clothes airer stored on the wall too.
Twin bedroom has 2 single beds, a double wardrobe, storage and bedside table.
Family bathroom with basin, toilet & double walk-in shower, plenty of storage and heated towel rail.
All bed linen and towels are provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival.
A ‘Welcome Pack’ is also provided.
Perfect for couples and families.
We have a strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING policy in our caravan and on our decking too.
