Sited in Rowan Field, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home on Hoburne Bashley Holiday Park, benefits from a large kitchen/dining room with integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher; master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite; a twin bedroom and family bathroom; along with a double aspect lounge with patio doors leading onto the sunny wraparound decking, complete with rattan patio furniture - perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Parking is adjacent to the holiday home.

With central heating and double glazing throughout, you can be sure of a comfortable and cosy stay.

The front door leads into the entrance hall, with useful coat hooks and seat with underneath shoe storage, which opens through to the kitchen/ dining room.

The large kitchen/dining room benefits from a four seater table and chairs; a bright, double aspect and modern grey kitchen with integrated dishwasher, full size fridge, full size freezer, a built-in microwave, full size oven, grill and hob with plenty of storage. It is fully equipped with everything you need.

The sitting room has a bright, double aspect with patio doors leading onto the sunny wraparound decking. It offers a feature fireplace for those chilly mornings or evenings, a large L shaped sofa with matching armchair, a coffee table and
Smart TV, along with plenty of blankets for cosy days on the sofa.

The internal hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The master bedroom is a fantastic size with its own en-suite. It has a king size bed with headboard, matching bedside tables with lamps, a built-in double wardrobes with drawers underneath, and a large dressing table with huge wall mounted mirror. There’s also a wall-mounted, 32" Smart TV, along with a hairdryer for your use. The en-suite comprises of a double walk-in shower with power shower, a hand basin with plenty of storage underneath, a toilet and heated towel rail, with wall-mounted mirrored storage too.

Bedroom Two is a lovely twin bedroom with each bed having a headboard, bedside table with lamp and a built-in wardrobe with drawers for additional storage.

The main bathroom has a large double walk-in shower with power shower, a heated towel rail, WC, hand basin with plenty of storage underneath and a wall-mounted mirror with storage too.

All bed linen and towels are provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival. Please remember to bring your own pool and beach towels.

We have our own private Wi-Fi for your use too.

The sunny, wraparound decking has a lockable gate (ideal for child safety) and benefits from rattan patio furniture for eating and relaxing. Private parking is adjacent.

This lovely and much cared for holiday lodge on Hoburne Bashley Holiday Park, is very homely and offers those extra touches that you won’t get in a standard rental, so it’s a perfect place to stay for either a short break or a holiday to make precious memories.

Hoburne Bashley Holiday Park is a fantastic 5* park, offering an abundance of facilities, many of which are just a few minutes’ walk of our holiday lodge. We are sited in Rowan, which is opposite the golf course and playing fields.

Hoburne Bashley is a well-maintained, 100 acre park with excellent facilities.

It is located in the heart of The New Forest, with beaches just a 5 minute drive away. Family attractions, such as Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park, Burley, Milford-on-Sea and Beaulieu, to name a few, are on your doorstep. Bournemouth is a short drive away too.

Within walking distance is The New Forest and New Milton.

If you wish to use the site's fantastic amenities, temporary membership passes will be required, to be paid directly to myself prior to your stay, so that I can organise them for you to collect from Reception on your arrival (only owners can order passes).

A 7 night pass costs £50 for up to 6 guests inclusive, whilst a day pass is £25 for up to 6 guests.
