Welcome to our well cared for and recently renovated, 6 berth mini-lodge to rent on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, situated on Karo Place and boasting one of the best and most prominent views on the park.
This lovely mini-lodge is sited in a quieter area than many on the park, yet is still only a 5 minute walk from the main Devon Cliffs facilities. The coastal footpath can also be very easily accessed.
It has a great sized bathroom, especially for families, which includes a full size bath and separate shower. It is accessible from both the hallway and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has loads of storage, including a walk-in cupboard and vanity desk. The other bedroom is a twin, which can alternatively be made up into a double.
The lounge is a good size and features a sofa-bed, two armchairs, a 40" TV, electric fire and coffee table. There is also a DVD player.
Double patio doors open from the lounge onto the large decking, which offers jaw-dropping, uninterrupted views of the sea and the Devon & Dorset coastline. There is a table and chairs on the decking, for some scenic al fresco dining and general relaxing.
The kitchen is a great size, with dining table, brand new oven, full sized fridge freezer, hob with extractor and microwave. The kitchen and lounge have double doors in between them, which can be opened to give more of an open-plan feel, or closed off to give more of a cozy feel. There is also a door between the kitchen and the hallway to the bedrooms/bathroom.

Please note that NO PETS are allowed. Please also note that unfortunately this property is not wheelchair friendly.
Park passes are NOT included in the rental price, but they can be purchased directly through Haven’s on your arrival.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking. The remainder of your balance can be paid any time from booking, up until 12 weeks before the start of your holiday. Please note that the lodge will be re-advertised if you haven’t paid in full by this time, and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
A security deposit of £150 is also applicable, which will be fully refunded at the end of your holiday, assuming there is no damage, and the lodge is returned clean and tidy. This can also be paid any time from booking, up until 12 weeks before the start of your holiday. This deposit is fully refundable if you pay it in advance and you cancel before the start of the 12 week lead up to your holiday.
Please Note: our lodge will be undergoing a large amount of redecoration and modernisation, before the first rental date of 2025, so will look much fresher and more desirable than in the photos (new photos will be updated as and when rooms have been completed). More photos will be available from early March.
