Welcome to my beautiful mini lodge, set on the front row of Haven’s Devon Cliffs Holiday park in the gorgeous North Devon town of Exmouth. The lodge offers jaw-dropping 180 degree, uninterrupted views of the sea, Budleigh and along the North Devon and Dorset coastline.
Sited on Rowan Meadows, externally this lovely mini lodge boasts a large, wraparound decking with glass panels to maximise the spectacular views from both inside and outside. The decking comes with a space-saving patio table and chairs, two comfy cushioned rattan seats and a little table/drinks cooler. There is also an additional picnic bench to the side of the lodge, also with lovely views. With safety in mind, there is a lockable gate at the entrance of the decking, to keep young children from escaping!
The South West Coastal Path passes along the front of the lodge, in the form of a wide area of grassland, which is also ideal for kids to play on and families to picnic on, all whilst enjoying stunning sunrises and sunsets over the coast.
Internally, the large entrance hall provides you with coat hooks and areas to leave your shoes, as well as cupboards that contain cleaning equipment, an iron, ironing board and clothes airers. You can access all rooms from here, starting with the beautiful large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area.
The lounge area features two comfy free-standing sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), a large cushioned footstool with storage (full of games), side tables, a large flat screen Smart TV and a PlayStation 3 with lots of DVDs and PS3 games. It also features an electric fire for the colder months, as well as central heating, which also features throughout the rest of the property. There is a built-in Bluetooth radio system on the wall, which transmits music via ceiling speakers throughout the lodge. The Wi-Fi router is also located in here. Double patio doors open on to the south facing decking.
The stunning kitchen area has tons of cupboard space and is fully equipped with everything you might need for your holiday. This includes an integrated washing machine, dishwasher, full sized fridge freezer, double oven and microwave, as well as a 5 ring hob with extractor fan, a toaster and kettle etc. In the middle of the kitchen there is a dining table with beautiful lighting above. Tea towels, cloths, surface spray and washing up liquid are supplied for your convenience.
There are two good size bedrooms, with beds made up ready for your arrival. The main bedroom has a king size bed, 32” TV, loads of storage space, ample dressing space and a lovely en-suite toilet and shower room. This bedroom also features a safe to keep your valuables in.
The second bedroom has two full size single beds, a full length mirror, dressing table with mirror and a fitted TV.
Private Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost.

Please note that NO PETS are allowed. Please also note that unfortunately this property is not wheelchair friendly.
Park passes are NOT included in the rental price, but they can be purchased directly through Haven’s on your arrival.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking. The remainder of your balance can be paid any time from booking, up until 12 weeks before the start of your holiday. Please note that the lodge will be re-advertised if you haven’t paid in full by this time, and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
A security deposit of £150 is also applicable, which will be fully refunded at the end of your holiday, assuming there is no damage, and the lodge is returned clean and tidy. This can also be paid any time from booking, up until 12 weeks before the start of your holiday. This deposit is fully refundable if you pay it in advance and you cancel before the start of the 12 week lead up to your holiday.
