Our beautiful ABI home from home caravan on Reighton Sands Holiday Park, offers all you need for an amazing break away. It offers lovely sea views and is sited on Pine Ridge

This prestige holiday home on Reighton Sands Holiday Park, is pet friendly and only a short walk from the main facilities, shop and beach.

Located in the Pine Ridge area of Reighton Sands Holiday Park, our lovely holiday home sits in a popular area with sea views, and is around a 2-3 minute walk from FunWorks. It’s also a 2-3 minute walk from the beach path.

The holiday home has a beautiful open plan living area, comprising of the lounge, dining area with table and chairs, and kitchen. Amenities include a Smart TV with free Wi-Fi, a smart tv in the main bedroom a microwave, fridge, dishwasher kettle, toaster, oven with hob, plenty of cupboard space and ample cutlery, crockery and utensils for 8 guests. There’s also a pet bowl for food and water. A vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket and sweeping brush are provided.

The holiday home has electric heating, along with an electric fire in the lounge.

The three bedrooms comprise of one double and two twin bedded rooms. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival.Along with a kitchen roll, toilet roll, shower mat, hand towel and tea towel.

The shower room has a shower and wash basin and toilet, there is also a separate toilet in the main bedroom

Outside of the caravan there is full wrap around decking with a table and chairs.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in for the caravan is from 4pm on your arrival day. On the side of the caravan, we have a key safe box. The code to access this box will be texted to you at your arrival time.

Check-out is before 10am on your departure day.

Our changeover days are Monday and Friday however we can accommodate alternate check in and out dates on request


Important Information

Please note that entertainment passes for the complex on site are NOT included in the rental cost of our holiday home. However, they are readily available from Reception or via havens online booking which a link will be sent to you upon booking at an additional cost, should you wish to use the park’s facilities during your stay.


Passes are NOT needed to stay in the caravan itself or to go in the shop, restaurant, launderette or amusements.
Passes are only needed for the showbar and activities


Location

Reighton Sands Holiday Park is located in a central position to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough in beautiful Yorkshire.

On site facilities include amusements, a golf course, grocery shop, indoor pool, kids’ club, launderette, pitch and putt, pub, club, a restaurant and fish and chip takeaway.

There is also beach access and a beach train.
