With wonderful sea views and a wraparound balcony containing stylish wicker furniture, this exclusive holiday home is situated at Oakwood, a peaceful area of the park due to being the last row of caravans giving plenty of privacy and quiet to our guests, all whilst being only a few minutes' walk from all the amenities. As well as having your personal privacy here, you also get your very own matching private parking spot reserved for you.

Our location takes full advantage of the stunning panoramic views of Filey Brigg and Filey Bay; you can literally see for miles! You can sit in the lounge and enjoy the sea views or relax on the balcony listening to the sound of the waves and watching the ships go by.

The lounge is equipped with a free standing L shaped sofa, which incorporates a fold-out sofa bed, an electric fire and 40” flat screen SMART TV for those moments when you just want to relax. A separate dining area with free standing furniture completes this room.

As well as excellent accommodations for your comfort, a wide variety of cooking utilities is included in this caravan; a 2-in-1 oven-grill appliance, toaster, a coffee pot machine, and a large built-in fridge with a freezer. A working carbon monoxide detector is also included for the safety of you and others.

All bedrooms have gas central heating.The main bedroom is incredibly spacious and cozy, with bedside cabinets and lamps placed at both sides of the bed. The room also has a personal TV along with fitted wardrobes, a chest with drawers and separate access to a personal en-suite.The second bedroom has twin beds for kids or guests, containing plenty of cupboards for storage space and topped off with a bedside lamp. The main bathroom is incredibly and equally spacious, containing a double-seated luxurious shower and cupboards for storage.

Bookings

A refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.

Full payment of the balance is required 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, together with a breakages/theft deposit of £100. The breakages deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of departure if no accidents, damage or loss of belongings has occurred. Any evidence of smoking within the caravan will result in this deposit not being returned.

Check in time 4pm. Departure time 10am.
