Caravan Description

We offer for rent our fully equipped and comfortable ABI Colorado Deluxe, 3 bedroom holiday home, which sleeps up to 8 people.

It comprises of an entrance hall, a large lounge and dining area with small enclosed veranda to the side, a shower room with WC, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge area.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, gas cooker and all crockery, cutlery, utensils, casserole dishes and pans.

The caravan is single glazed with a gas fire and oil filled electric heater in the spacious lounge/dining area. The bedrooms all have heating and fitted wardrobes. The shower room has a heated towel rail.

Duvets and pillows are provided and we can also provide bed linen if required - please ask. A travel cot is available.

Outside there is a patio to the rear of the caravan with a bench and a spacious grassed play area to the right.

Free Wi-Fi connection can be accessed in the complex.

Passes to access the entertainment complex are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased from reception.

Bookings

A deposit of £50 is required within 5 days of booking to secure your holiday. Full payment is required 6 weeks before the start date.

A £75 security deposit is also required to cover any breakages, loss or damage, which will be refunded (normally within 14 days) after the cleaning team have inspected the caravan on the day of departure.

Check in time is from 3pm.

Please vacate the holiday home by 11am on the morning of departure.

Bookings can be for full weeks (7 nights from Friday to Friday) - weekends (3 nights from Friday to Monday) or midweek (4 nights from Monday to Friday - please enquiry for prices.

Location

Reighton Sands Holiday Park offers plenty of facilities. After a day outdoors, it feels great to scrub off the sand and put on your party clothes - the evening entertainment features music, laughter and downright silliness for the whole family. The night starts (and ends!) with the FunStars who host wacky quizzes and games and star in lively musical numbers like our very own MusiKids show. On some nights they'll introduce bands, live artists and comedians - including some real showstoppers. Your kids can stay up as late as you like. So get ready to clap, sing and have a giggle - together!

Also on site is the Mash and Barrel, with a great range of real ales, draught lagers, snacks and meals. Devour fishy favourites like the seafood mixed grill or maybe it's a chicken cobb or classic Caesar salad that floats your boat - and keep the family smiling with an ice cream sundae or cake. Yummy days!

Turquoise pools, a Lazy River, white tipped surf – we just love being surrounded by water. The indoor pool is heated – great for those rainy days. Take a swim or join the kids on our Lazy River, or grab some time on our Aqua Gliders! Take nature walks along the cliff tops or hope on the tractor train and go down to the beach grab a coffee and sit on the beach and watch the kids play.

Buses run every hour to Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. Dogs are allowed on the buses; 1 dog with 2 paying adults - maximum 2 dogs per bus.
