We offer for rental, our lovely cosy caravan situated in a quiet area of Reighton Sands Holiday Park, close to the complex and beach, and with parking.

Caravan Description
We offer for rental, our lovely cosy caravan situated in a quiet area of Reighton Sands Holiday Park, close to the complex and beach, and with parking.
We are also a great base from which to visit, Filey, Bridlington, Scarborough and Alpamare; the biggest Waterpark in Europe.
The caravan is fully heated throughout with lots of homely extras to keep your family entertained.
There are three bedrooms, a very comfortable double bedroom that has recently been renovated and includes a TV with Freeview and memory foam mattress topper, along with two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is also a power shower and toilet.
We have lots to keep you entertained, such as a Freeview TV, Console and games, DVDs, board games and various toys. There is a file in the caravan with takeaway menus that deliver to the caravan ready The kitchen has all pans, crockery etc. - everything you will need.
Outside we have an enclosed decking area with furniture.
Duvets and pillows for each bed are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival.
All gas and electricity is included in the hire price.

A £50 returnable deposit will be required on top of the holiday price. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and no loss, damage and/or breakages found, or the need for an excessive clean.

About the Area
The Haven complex on site require passes which you can purchase at reception. The complex has a Hawkwood restaurant with enclosed playarea and outdoor seating, fish and chip shop, amusements, small soft play, show bar, indoor pool, outdoor lazy river(seasonal), lots of activities and entertainment programmes. (archery, shooting, zorb balls, aqua jets ect..)There is also a 9/18 hole golf course on site where you can hire equipment with panoramic views
On the site you have a shop, park with zip wire, children’s park nearly opposite the caravan, free train to the beach and beachside café, none of these require passes.
Reighton Sands Holiday Park is in Filey and has fantastic beaches and walks also very near Bridlington, which is a great seaside day out and offers ice cream parlours, boat trips, a fair, shopping and more!! There's lots to do in nearby Scarborough too. Both are easy to access by either car or bus. The 120 bus stops on the site.
There are lots of lovely restaurants a short drive away.
Flamingo Land and zoo is less than an hours drive away. The deep at Hull is worth a visit offering free return visits within a year. New for 2017 is Alpamare the biggest waterpark in europe!!
