Caravan Description

Luxurious, pet friendly Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan to let at Primrose Valley Holiday Park, ideally situated on Rosebank, boasting panoramic sea views and just a short walk from the beach and main complex.

Now taking booking for the 2024 season in our 2022, Platinum grade caravan at Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

We include passes for peak school holiday weeks and summer holidays.

Our caravan is ideally situated on the park and is just a 2 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the main Primrose Vally complex.

There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite and two other bedrooms twin beds in each. We have 22” smart TVs in all bedrooms. Each bedroom comes with cosy duvets and pillows with mattress protectors and, professionally, laundered linen and towels supplied as standard. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival of the start of your holiday.

In addition, there is 50' smart, plasma TV in living room, a dish washer in the kitchen for when you want a day off from the dishes, also state of the art Bluetooth surround sound system throughout caravan.

For your convenience there will be a supply of cleaning products under the sink along with a vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, iron & ironing board.

Our caravan comes with full wraparound decking, with rattan garden furniture and outside lighting for those evenings that you decide to stay in and watch the sunset over the North Sea while having a nice glass of wine or two!

Private parking is directly in front of the caravan with room for additional cars if required.

Please may I ask you to leave the caravan in the same condition as you found it. You will be charged for any damage or additional cleaning required after the inspection.



Bookings

Our luxury holiday home can be booked for a non-refundable £100 deposit.

We also require a refundable, security deposit of £100 for accidental damages, which will be added to the balance and will be refunded on departure.

Full weeks & short breaks are available:

Week lettings run from Fri-Fri or Mon-Mon.
Weekend lettings are Fri-Mon.
Mid-week lettings are Mon-Fri.

Arrivals - 3pm
Departure - 10am

PLEASE NOTE: Short breaks are only, usually, available in off-peak periods - please enquire for price and availability.

Strictly NO smoking inside the caravan policy.


Important Terms & Conditions

Whilst we understand accidents happen, please ensure that these are reported to me, or the person who collects the key, earlier the better so we can rectify the issue before the next guest arrives after you leave. Please note that any damages must be paid for by you and will be billed directly to you, from me, Haven or deducted from your £100 damage deposit if this covers the cost.

Our holiday home is strictly non-smoking, evidence of this will result in you being billed for a costly deep clean.

Cancellations. Refunds will only be given provided we can re-book the caravan for the full price you paid, any difference will be covered by you, the remaining balance will be refunded. By booking with us via this website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
