Caravan Description

For hire is our beautiful, prestige static caravan with staggered sea views from the large decking area and central heating throughout. It is in an ideal location at Primrose Valley, just a short 10 minute walk to the beach!

The large, modern lounge has patio doors leading out on to the large decking area where you can relax and soak up the staggered sea views and the sea air.

Kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with everything that you will need for your holiday along with a gas oven & hob, built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave & wine cooler.

The caravan sleeps up to 6 people with 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge.

There is the added benefit of having two bathrooms, so no queuing for the toilet! The main bathroom has a lovely jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. Second bathroom is an en-suite to the double bedroom with a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.

Situated in a lovely quiet area at an end of cul-de-sac on Rose Bank, so no cars passing and meaning it is a lot safer for children.

Within easy walking distance to everything on site as towards the middle of the site but far away enough from the entertainment bars etc to not hear any noise.

Private parking next to the caravan for numerous cars.

The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout which is included in the price.


Primrose Valley Holiday Park:

Passes for some facilities, such as swimming pools, can be obtained from Primrose Valley reception for a small additional cost - But a lot of the site facilities, such as children’s parks, can be used without a pass.

On site you have a choice of shops and takeaways, so if you don’t wish to venture off you don’t need to.

The park is less than a 10 minute drive to Filey and approximately a 20 minute drive to Scarborough and Bridlington.



Booking & Conditions:

This is a no smoking caravan.

This is a pet friendly holiday home. We only accept well behaved small dogs please - maximum number of two dogs

Hen and stag party groups are not allowed, this is a Haven rule

Passes for facilities such as swimming pools can be obtained from Primrose Valley before your arrival a for small additional cost - But a lot of the site facilities such as parks etc can be used without this

Check in time is from 3pm - Early check in may be available if there is no one checking out on that date, however, to ensure the caravan is cleaned properly we need changeover time on days where there is someone else checking out on the same day. However, there is nothing to stop you from coming early still and using the facilities at Primrose Valley or going into Filey, Bridlington or Scarborough before hand which are all small driving distances away.

Check out time is before 11am please.

A £50 non refundable deposit secures your date.

The total balance needs to be paid 4 weeks before the holiday start date and is non refundable.

A £100 security bond will also be required for loss, damage and/or breakages. However, as long as there is no damage, loss and/or breakages then we will transfer you the £100 security bond back within 48 hours.


We have a key safe is in place for extra convenience so your arrive is stress free. We will text/email you the code on the day of your holiday.
This saves a lot of time waiting around at main reception head straight to caravan to enjoy your holiday when you arrive
