Caravan Description

Caravan with decking and grass area to play or relax, available for hire on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, situated in the Rose Bank area.

Double glazed and central heated, our caravan for hire on Rose Bank at Primrose Valley, offers 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms, plus a sofa bed in the lounge, so will comfortably sleep 8 guests.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Within the lounge you will find a nice, spacious seating area, an electric fire, TV and DVD player, along with plenty of DVDs to enjoy on your relaxing indoor days.

The caravan has a spacious bathroom room with shower, toilet and wash basin, along with a second separate toilet with hand basin.

A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided in our caravan.

Outside on the decking, we have furniture and a storage box with outdoor games. Indoor activities can be found under the sofa in the seating areas for everyone to enjoy.

We have a hard standing at the back of caravan too, enabling you to park your car off the grass. There is also a car park close-by.

Location

Situated in the Rose Bank area of Haven’s Primrose Valley Holiday Park, our caravan ideally situated on the Park.

Places to Eat

Places to eat on site, include Papa John’s pizza, Cooks fish shop, Burger King, Mash & Barrel restaurant and Lakehouse restaurant. If you want to treat yourself off site, we can recommend the Royal Oak; a family run pub just over the road from the Park, where you will find beautiful food, as well as an indoor and outdoor play area. The Buccaneer pub in Filey is great too, and has a pirate theme. There are many other great pubs close by.

Function Rooms

Primrose Valley’s Live Lounge (where you can often find the Haven characters) and the Showbar, both offer weekly activities and live acts. In peak season The Mash & Barrel may have a live act or karaoke over a weekend.

Activities

On site there are various water activities to enjoy and various outdoor activities, all bookable via the *Haven app.

There are free outdoor play areas with swings and slides; football and basketball courts; and arcades that you do not need passes to enjoy. Haven also has a small fairground with go karts, rides, crazy golf and stalls, but you pay for these.

*Once your holiday is paid in full, we register your arrival and Haven send you a link to buy passes and book your activities.

Out & About

There are plenty of local attractions too, including Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington, Flamborough Head, RSPB Bempton Cliffs, Filey Bird Garden & Animal Park, Alpamare Water Park and the Sea Life Centre.
