Caravan Description

Our stunning family owned holiday home on Primrose Valley holiday Park is designed to residential specification and is equipped with gas central heating, double glazing and its own unlimited Wi-Fi.

The open plan living area of our holiday home on Primrose Valley, comes complete with comfortable free standing sofas and a stunning feature electric fireplace. It is also well-equipped, with a 50” TV, Netflix, Now TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speakers, along with a selection of board games and DVDs. It also benefits from its own personal, unlimited Wi-Fi. Patio doors lead out from the living area onto the wraparound, gated decking, complete with rattan seating.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a full size integrated fridge freezer, integrated microwave, integrated dishwasher, gas cooker, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board and hoover, plus a range of equipment to accommodate all your dining needs. This area also houses a dining table and 4 chairs.

The caravan itself is modern and contemporary, offering 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite toilet with basin. It is also equipped with a smart TV and Now TV, hair straighteners and a hairdryer. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, a wardrobe and a smart TV.

The family bathroom features a large basin, toilet and generously sized shower.

Luxury laundered bed linen and towels are provided.



Location

This is a Lakeside Signature grade caravan and is located on Kittiwake which is part of the beautiful new Seabirds development of Primrose Valley, which is Haven's 5 star rated park just outside Filey.

The caravan is perfectly located in a very quiet spot, yet within easy access of the main complex and restaurants, as well as the beach. The Seabirds beach path is only a few minutes’ walk away and offers easy access to the outstanding stretch of Filey coastline.
