Caravan Description

MINIMUM 4 NIGHT STAYS .
We are situated just a very short, 6 minute, walk from the main complex, but still in a quiet area, and benefitting from sea views, in the very sought after Rose Bank.

The lounge has a 43" Smart TV , a DVD player, an Xbox 360 with plenty of games, books, magazines, DVDs for all ages, games, cards and free Wi-Fi. Built into the roof are Bluetooth speakers that you can connect to and play your own music. Just for your info there is NOT a pull out sofa bed in the lounge.

Fully equipped kitchen with a full size cooker, fridge, Hot Air fryer ,microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cups etc.

This caravan has a massive main bedroom at the back with plenty of space to walk round – so no walking like a crab when trying to get in and out of bed like many other caravans. There is plenty of storage space with two large wardrobes and a chest of drawers, we also have a 26” TV with Freeview and a DVD player. It is also large enough to have a single bed in the same room (with a privacy curtain that you can draw) to accommodate a child who finds it scary to sleep in a strange room on their own. This bedroom boasts an en-suite with toilet & wash basin.

The twin bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and a TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

We provide all the bedding for you and also large towels for use at the beach or swimming pools if needed.

There is a large decking area with seating outside so you can enjoy the fresh air. You can smoke on the decking; ash trays are provided.

We supply a travel cot (if needed), shower gel, soap, tea, coffee, sugar, two folding chairs for the beach so you can sit in comfort watching the children play, two umbrellas (just in case), in fact we supply most of what you might need for a fantastic holiday saving you loads of room in the car! There is no extra charge for the things we supply.

Terms & Conditions
MINIMUM 4 NIGHT STAYS ..

Arrival is 3pm and departure is 10am. We kindly ask that you depart on time, this allows us to get the caravan ready for the next guests.

We require a £50 refundable breakage / cleanliness deposit (this is not shown in the prices).

A £50 non-refundable deposit is needed to book your holiday, which will be taken off the price of your holiday.

Entertainment passes are NOT included.

This is arguably one of the most equipped holiday caravans at Primrose Valley.


Location

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is not short of things for you to do, there are swimming pools, archery, foot golf, amusement arcade, playground, 4 seater pedal car hire, gym, fairground, Burger King, fish & chip restaurant, pub, pizza place and Slim Chicken’s.

Filey and Bridlington are close by with Scarborough just a half an hour car ride away. There is a bus service available from the park .
