Caravan Description

Our wonderful caravan is a lovely spacious, well laid out space that everyone can enjoy, it’s situated on Pine Ridge. The caravan is fitted with full gas heating, double-glazed windows, a smoke detector and fire extinguisher to put your mind at rest.

We benefit from direct access to the beautiful award winning Filey beach and plenty of other different activities.

The spacious lounge area has an L-shaped settee that pulls out in to a double bed – should you need it, a 32” TV, DVD player with plenty of DVDs for you to use, as well as a free-standing dining table with fixed seating. Wi-Fi can be provided at an extra cost.

The kitchen consists of is a L-shaped counter top with integrated appliances, a free-standing fridge freezer and all the utensils you will need to enjoy your holiday.

There are three bedrooms that consist of one double room and two twin rooms, all have wardrobe space and bedside cabinets.

This caravan has a toilet and shower room but also a separate toilet which is great for a large, busy family, no waiting for the one that likes the long showers!

We have a parking space for one car next to the caravan and just around the corner are parking spaces for friends and family.

Please Note: Passes are not included and can be purchased at main reception or once you paid in full and can buy them online.

Our caravan is a non-smoking caravan and we do allow pets at our discretion.

There is a £100 damage deposit which will be paid back to your once you have left and the cleaner tells me everything is OK.

Location

Pine Ridge is a short walk to the main attractions, complex, beach and children’s play areas, but is still peaceful and in a great surrounding.

The site has a launderette located on the Pine Ridge area, the tokens can be purchased at the mini market.

The following places to eat are available on site: The Lakehouse, The mash and Barrel, Papa John’s, Burger King, Slim Chicken and Cook’s fish and chips shop. There are also several places to spend your evenings watching entertainment.

If you wish to venture off the park there are plenty of places to visit nearby, such as Flamingo Land, animal parks and the beach.
