Caravan Description

Luxurious, double glazed and central heated, 8 berth holiday caravan for hire on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, close to the main complex and kids’ play areas, on Primrose Field.

This is our stunning, luxury ABI Beachcomber 8 berth caravan for hire, which is situated on the picturesque North Yorkshire coast near Filey. It is sited on Haven’s 5 star Primrose Valley Holiday Park, close to the main complex and kids’ play areas (approx. 2 minute walk).

The caravan is 38ft x 12ft with a wraparound veranda, complete with rattan furniture, from which you can enjoy the park views.

It also has the additional benefit of gas central heating and is fully double glazed throughout, which is essential during the colder months.

There are three bedrooms; two twin and one double master bedroom with en-suite toilet with wash basin. Each of the bedrooms has a combi TV/DVD. There is also a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. ( hairdryer supplied )

Facilities within the caravan include free Wi-Fi, a PlayStation 4 console with games, A 55” flat screen Smart TV ( we have wires there for if you would like to bring your own sky or sky q box and get the channels you get at home ) plus a mixture of adult and child board games. There’s also loads of the usual kitchen items, including a microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, steamer and sandwich toaster, iron and board just to mention but a few.

A high chair, travel cot and bed guard are also provided.

For the safety of all our guests the caravan comes equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher fire blanket and carbon monoxide detectors, as well as fire escape windows throughout.

The caravan also boasts double patio doors, which lead onto a large wraparound veranda with rattan furniture, offering fantastic views across the park.

Our lovely, luxury caravan is located within the Primrose Field area (no. 69) which is a prime location as it is close to all the amenities and just a short distance from the beach. It is situated in a quite road and has a paved area for you to park your car, along with plenty of grass around it for the kids to play.

Bookings & Conditions

This is a family caravan, so same sex parties are NOT allowed as it is against Haven rules.

It is also a non-smoking and pet free caravan.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. A further £50 bond will be required with your final payment, which is refunded once the caravan has been given the all clear from our cleaner.

The key for the caravan will be located within a key safe on the side of the caravan – the key code will be given, nearer your holiday start date.

Payment is preferred either by bank transfer or cash in hand.

Location

Our caravan is situated on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast, just a stone’s throw away from Filey, with miles of yellow sandy beaches right on your doorstep.

Scarborough can be found around 10 miles to the north and Bridlington 10 miles to the south.

For heaps of family fun, the theme park of Flamingo can be found a short drive inland, towards Pickering.
