For hire is our 3-bedroom, 6 berth Swift Bordeaux Exclusive static caravan which is sited on Haven's 5 Star Primrose Valley Holiday Park.
The caravan is situated in a great location on Primrose Field which is just a 2-minute walk to the main complex, so not too far to walk after a good night out.
The caravan is double glazed and central heated throughout.
The lounge is open plan and includes an electric fire, table and four chairs, a coffee table, 42'' smart tv, DVD player. Guests Free wi-fi. There’s also a built-in KB Bluetooth speaker system so you can stream music from your own phone, plus sockets with USB connections. selection of board games and children's books for you to use, also included in your stay, now tv movies only
The French doors lead straight out onto a full, wraparound decking area with outdoor seating. For added safety, we have a lockable gate on the decking to keep young ones extra safe.
The caravan has 2 bathrooms. The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet, wash basin and cabinet. The second is an en-suite to the master bedroom.
The kitchen is modern and spacious, and comes well equipped with everything you will need for your stay, such as a dishwasher; full size fridge/freezer; pots and pans; kettle, toaster and microwave; a dustpan and brush; iron and ironing board; mop and bucket., vacuum cleaner. You will need to bring your own towels/ tea towel, cleaning product's.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, 24'' smart TV, wardrobe, overhead storage, dressing table, and an En-suite bathroom with wash basin, storage shelves and toilet.
Bedrooms two and three each have two single beds, a wardrobe and overhead storage.
All bedding is provided and beds will be made up before you arrive at 2pm.
Please note that passes are not included in our hire price. If you required passes, these can now be purchased online once your details have been submitted to haven or from the main Reception on the day of your arrival.
Next to the caravan you have your own private parking for 2 cars
Bookings Conditions
Check in time is 2pm. Departure time is by 10am.
A deposit of £70 pound is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the holiday cost. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your holiday.
The deposit should be paid on the day of your booking
A £70 breakages bond is payable with your outstanding balance 6 weeks before your holiday start date. This bond is refunded once the caravan has been checked for damage, loss or breakages following your departure, the caravan must also be left clean and tidy with no extra cleaning required.
Please note that if your bond doesn't cover the cost to fix/replace the items broken, you will be required to pay an additional cost to have the items replaced.
We offer lets of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday), 4 nights (Monday to Friday) and 3 nights (Friday to Monday).

Families and couples only.
Lead name must be 21 years old. Details of all party members must be provided to the owner when booking your holiday.
An email will be sent to confirm your holiday and date, along with the details of your party and outstanding balance.
Strictly no smoking allowed anywhere in the caravan or on the decking.
No pets allowed.
No single sex occupancy/parties - these are Haven’s rules.
Facilities on Primrose Valley Holiday Park include - sports bar, live entertainment, grocery store, swimming pools, children's entertainment, restaurants, fishing/boating lake, the lake house restaurant, outdoor cinema, fun fair Footgolf, climbing wall, aerial adventure plus many more.
There is also a bus stop on site, which provides public transport to Firley, Scarborough, Bridlington.
