Caravan Description
We have a Swift Bordeaux Exclusive with French doors opening on to an enclosed balcony, offering double glazing and full central heating and situated on Beech Rise of Primrose Valley Holiday Park.
The caravan benefits from having the bedrooms located at one end of the caravan. The double bedroom and its toilet/wash basin and two further twin bedrooms, along with a shower room and toilet.
The large living area comprises a lounge with a 3 seating couch and a 2 seating couch,a coffee table with 2 seats beneath, an electric fire and flat screened TV; a dining area with table and four chairs; a very well fitted kitchen with upright fridge freezer, gas oven with grill, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Outside the living area we have an enclosed balcony with patio table and 4 chairs.The entrance to the caravan is by gated veranda.

About the Area
We are located just 5 a minute walk from the Primrose Valley main entrance and boating lake and approximately 15 minutes from main entertainment and cliff top.Primrose Valley is a 5* Haven site with 2 indoor pools, 1 outdoor, a boating lake, fun fair, amusements and indoor entertainment with shows and bars. There's also several eating establishments, a shop and green areas for leisure, including sporting facilities.
The Park is located mid-way between Scarborough and Bridlington, with a bus available for both destinations, which also stops off at Filey and Flamborough.
An hour's drive away are many of Yorkshire's beauty spots, including Flamingoland park and zoo, Eden Camp, Whitby, York and Pickering {Moors railway}.
Beach access is available from the cliff top on site by 2 ways.
