Caravan Description

Our immaculate 3 bedroom, 6 berth Prestige caravan is situated on Aspen Court, Primrose Valley Holiday Park. The caravan is fully double glazed and centrally heated and has own Wi Fi, smart television and DISHWASHER.

To the front accessed by french doors is a decked area with seating. To the side is a large decked area for outside eating and relaxing. There is also a large grassed area for children to play ect., outhouse and parking area.

In the lounge there is a large flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, Apps a DVD player, electric fire and seating. Gas central heated radiator.

The dining area has a table and four chairs, two buffets and a high chair is also available. Central heated radiator.

The kitchen has a built-in microwave, air fryer, full height built-in fridge freezer, full size gas oven with grill and hob, kettle, full set of pans, crockery, cutlery and George Foreman Grill.

There is one double bedroom with wall mounted television, fitted mirrored wardrobes and drawers, dressing table, hair dryer and dressing area, en-suite toilet and basin, two twin bedrooms, with fitted furniture, both with wall mounted television. Gas central heating.

There is a shower room with modern wash hand basin, shower cubicle and low flush wc. gas central heated radiator.

Outside we have south facing side decking and west facing front decking along with a good sized grassed area for children to play. There is an outhouse matching the caravan, which houses various games, scooters, buckets and spades, swing ball and bits and bobs, e.g. chairs to take to beach.

The caravan benefits from hard piped LPG gas (no gas bottles).

All gas, electricity, gas and water is included with your rental fee.

There is one double duvet, four single duvets and eight pillows provided. Beds are made up and are included in the price. You will need to take your own towels, tea towels and mat or small towel for shower room floor.
A £75 deposit secures your dates along with a completed booking form. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the beginning of the holiday please. For holidays booked only six weeks in advance or less, the full rental cost would be required.

Play Passes are not included in the hire price, but if you require them they can be purchased and information regarding this will be emailed to you from Haven when I have registered your arrival time with Haven.

Friday to Monday or Friday to Friday or Monday to Friday can be booked. Please enquire if you require anything different.
