Caravan Description
Situated on The Lakes area on a lovely big, open pitch is my beautiful, three bedroom second home on Haven’s Primrose Valley Holiday Park, available for rent in the school holidays.
I find it best to be up front so must advise that our beautiful lodge is a STRICTLY NO SMOKING ACCOMMODATION - any smell or evidence of this and you will be charged. If you can adhere to this, please read on!!
The caravan is beautiful and is like new. We do not rent out much and maintain it to a high standard and are confident you will enjoy your stay. I have a had a washing machine and a dishwasher fitted to make it a real home from home.
In the living area we have a smart TV where you can access Netflix and most other streaming platforms you use.
It has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with two singles. This is my second home so I ask that you look after it and respect it like you would your own home.
Bookings
We require a deposit of £150, which is returnable once the caravan has been checked after you have left.
Check in is 3pm.
I ask that you promptly leave for 10am, so I have time to thoroughly clean before the next use.
Should any problems arise whilst you are on holiday, I am always just a phone call away and I will try my best to resolve the issue.

About the Area
Primrose Valley Holiday ParkI have been on Primrose Valley Holiday Park for over 11 years now and are situated on The Lakes area in a lovely position; a nice, quiet and spacious area of the park next to the lake. Most areas can be accessed within a ten minute walk (approximately). Also, just a short ten minute walk is the beach - the hill is steep, but it is a good, wide path.
2024 sees the opening of Wetherspoons on site, but there’s also Slim Chicken's, fish and chips, pizza and Burger King, along with a mini market.
There’s plenty of activities on site (at an additional extra cost through site). Swimming is also available, with Haven passes, although these are NOT included in our hire price, but available through Haven.
There are so many things to do here and I’m sure you will have a lovely holiday.
