Welcome to our lovely, pet friendly home from home that benefits from full double glazing and central heating, it is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at Haven’s Primrose Valley Holiday Park in Filey, Yorkshire.

The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Welcome to our lovely home from home. we are located in a quiet area of the park in a smaller cul de sac.
On arrival you will notice we have a lovely wraparound decking which is perfect for outdoor family dining or BBQs, which can be found in our shed (no gas provided), and relaxation too. It is also suitable for the children to play and pets to run around.
Upon entry you walk into our family living area which is made up of a good size kitchen, family living space and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a full size fridge freezer, oven and grill, 4 ring gas hob and microwave. There is also an iron and ironing board should you need it.
The living area will comfortably seat 6 people, it also includes a smart TV, gas fire, dog bed for your pets, a built in interactive system that plays music and radio, and patio doors leading out on to the decking. The dining area has a large wooden table that seats 4, with a lovely modern dinner service set.
Moving into the sleeping area we have a master double bedroom with en-suite, a big double wardrobe, over the bed storage, vanity area, a smart TV, and blackout curtains. There is a twin room for the children which includes over bed storage, and a single wardrobe. All linen is provided. If needed the larger sofa in the living room converts into a double bed with linen provided, the room also has blackout curtains.
The bathroom is a shower room with ample space and shaving plugs available.
The caravan is carpeted in the bedrooms and living area to make your stay more comfortable and vinyl flooring everywhere else for ease of cleaning.
The central heating in all rooms can be controlled at the flick of a switch and heats up very quickly.
Bookings
We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure any booking.
Full payment needs to be paid 6 weeks before arrival, reminders will be sent.
There will also be a £50 refundable damage waiver, which will be returned within 7 days of your departure.
Rentals days are:
Monday - Friday (4 nights)
Friday - Monday (3 nights)
Monday - Monday (7 nights)
Friday - Friday (7 nights)

Check out 10am
At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.
Play passes are NOT included but can be booked and paid for via a link sent to you.
