We are open from 7 February right through to 7 January, with full facilities open all year round. Breaks are listed as Friday to Friday, Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday (3 night minimum, dates can be flexible, please ask). Occasionally we release 2 night weekend breaks, please check if you can't see the date you'd like. It's often easier to call.
Our beautiful, family owned 2 bedroom park home is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could need for a memorable, comfortable stay. Many of our guests have been enjoying stays with us for 5 seasons or more and we are happy to provide references from previous guests. We have been renting owners for 20 years and are happy to provide verification. After 2 decades we know how to make your holiday a wonderful, memorable experience from start to finish.
Situated on a large, private garden plot, with private hard standing parking, enjoying enviable views of stunning open countryside. The garden has ample grassed area to play on, with beds of flowers and bushes blooming from spring to autumn. In a private sun spot at the rear is a raised decking area with seating from where the sun sets over the country side are amazing. The garden is completely fenced around all sides and is your private space to enjoy, especially safe for children.
The huge, gated wrap around decking is accessed from the garden by 3 steps. The south facing position makes it the perfect spot for al fresco dining, enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets or just relaxing while knowing the children are happily playing in a safe environment.
Once inside you will be wowed by the spacious, open plan area of the lounge, dining room and kitchen, all decorated and furnished in teal, duck egg blue and sand colours, it has a real summery feel good factor and this theme is carried throughout. The lounge has 2 extra large comfortable leather sofas, a feature fireplace, a 42" Flat screen TV, games and a selection of games and colouring books.
The kitchen has everything needed to rustle up anything from a simple snack to a gormet meal; gas oven/grill/hob, full sized fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and every pot/pan you'll need. Sit and enjoy your meal at the family dining table with four chairs.
Down the hall is the master bedroom with brand new memory foam mattress, very comfortable! There is lots of storage space with wardrobe, drawers and over head storage. There is also a flat screen colour TV with dvd player and hairdryer. The en suite consists of a white toilet and hand basin.
The family sized bathroom is a real haven of luxury with its full sized bath, a rarity in a park home. There is also a large shower cubicle with an additional toilet and counter top wash basin.
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, both with new, deep sprung mattresses.There is a wardrobe and drawers, overhead storage and a dressing table area. Of course, there is a flat screen wall mounted colour TV with dvd player for those essential bed time films. One of the single beds can fold flat back to the wall to allow space for a travel cot (please ask, we may be able to provide one, depending on demand) we also have a high chair available on request. Please note these beds are fixed and not able to be pushed together.
There is free, unlimited WiFi in the country club and reception. 4G is available in the caravan if your service provides.
For your convenience we supply a hand and bath towel starter pack so you don't need to pack as many. (Please bring your own additional ones and pool/beach towels) We also supply toilet rolls, tea towels, kitchen roll, foil, cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.
Our caravan is professionally cleaned to a 5* standard. Bed linen is freshly washed and ironed and the beds are made for your arrival.
We can provide a cot and high chair (and bed guard if required) but again please bring your babys bedding.
If you are celebrating a special occasion please ask about our package which can be organised for your arrival, including chocolates, banner, balloons, card, wine, cake, etc prices from £30.
Bookings and Conditions
Standard check in time is 3pm. Check out 10.30am. Self entry key collection.
Late check out at 1pm and early check in at 12 noon may be available for an additional £20 each, please ask.
Your price quoted will have been tailored to your original guest information and later additions, if allowed may incur an additional charge.
A £50 deposit is required by bank transfer to secure your date. You will be asked to agree to our written terms and conditions which form part of our booking contract. Deposits are not refundable but may be transferred to another date by mutual agreement and an administration charge of £30. You will be required to pay an additional £100 clean and care/damage bond, which is refundable upon satisfactory inventory and cleaning check. Please allow 7-10 days. Payment by installment is welcome as long as the balance (including the £100 bond) is paid 6 weeks before travel. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of travel the full amount is payable immediately. You are advised to take out travel insurance as in the event of the holiday not being taken for whatever reason there is no obligation on the owner to refund any monies (except for the damage bond). We welcome back return guests, there is a 5% loyalty discount applicable peak weeks only. If the park is closed due to the pandemic you will be offered an alternative date/voucher or your money back.
Please ask about our special rates for under occupancy. Prices are based on 4 guests.
Pets may be considered depending on the breed, size etc. This must be by prior arrangement only and there is a £30 supplement to allow for a deeper clean. Pets are not allowed on the furniture without your own throws or in the bedrooms at all and must not be left unattended unless crated. Please bring your dog's bowls, bed, bedding etc.

About the Area
Patrington Haven Leisure park offers a 5* experience, set on a level site with award winning facilities and manicured grounds. The family owned park offers a safe, friendly and welcoming environment to enjoy a welcome break. On site facilities include;5* Country Club with Guys restaurant and bar,; serving delicious meals using locally sourced ingredients as well as an extensive range of hand pulled beers, wines, spirits and cocktails. The famous carvery is served on a Sunday, there is an ice cream bar and many dishes are also available on the take away menu, delivered straight to your door. There are activities through the week such as quizzes, bingo and auctions. Weekends bring quality live entertainment with many tribute bands, solo artists and live music. In the sports bar area is a full sized snooker table, dart board and cinematic screen showing sky sports. For family fun there is an amusement gallery with the usual grabbers/pool tables and slot machines as well as a giant wii screen. Outside there is an adventure playground and an all weather sports pitch to meet new friends. During warmer months there are bouncy castles outside, suitable for all ages. Please confirm with the park what facilities are on offer. You are buying a self catered holiday in a caravan, park facilities are a separate matter.
In the spa suite there is a heated indoor pool* with a children's section, jacuzzi and sauna. The fully equpped state of the art gym* is open to guests but requires a short induction which is advised to pre book before your holiday. The competition standard central lake* is not only a stunning centre piece of the park but a mecca for keen fishermen. For a well deserved pamper head to the spa for a relaxing massage or beauty treatment. *small daily/3 day/5 day or weekly charge.
Please note that the holiday price quoted is for hire of a self catering unit. All park facilities quoted are subject to Park Management permission and any change or interuption to availability is a matter for the park not the caravan owner. Likewise with interruption of utilities out of control of the caravan owner.

There is so much to do off site too as Patrington Haven is perfectly situated for coast, country and City. The village of Patrington has several bars and eateries, well stocked general stores, chip shop, tea rooms, butchers, petrol station, gift shops and hair dressers.
The nearest traditional seaside resort of Withernsea is a few minutes away by car. You will find miles of award winning beaches as well as amusement arcades, shops, cafes, chip shops, indoor and outdoor market as well as Tesco and Aldi for all your provisions.
Spurn Point is only a short drive away and is world renowned for its changing coastline and protected nature reserve, the ideal location for a walk and beach picnic with renowned cafés nearby. A fascinating underground bunker at Paull is also a favourite with our visitors.
Just 10 miles away is the City of culture 2017, Kingston upon Hull. It's a beautiful, compact historic city with a new cosmopolitan feel after millions of pounds of investment. A hidden gem! Wander round the Old Town with its beautiful ancient architecture, bars, bistros, cobbled streets and museums all sit happily together. The centre houses all the big high street shops, art gallery, 3 large shopping centres, designer boutiques as well as bargain stores and markets. The marina area is a fascinating for budding mariners with its laid back feel and waterside eateries it's a place to people watch. In this area is also The Deep, the UKs largest aquarium. Please feel free to ask for recommendations for restaurants, places of interest and things to do!
A little further a field, be sure to visit Beverly, Hedon and York which are all worth a drive out. There is lots of open country side surrounding the park, quaint villages, country parks and stately homes, you'll never be short of things to do and the owners are always happy to help with planning your days out.
