3 bedroom Willerby Bermuda caravan to let, complete with double glazing and full gas central heating, set in a quiet location on Oak Green at the Blue Dolphin Holiday Park. We have had new carpet fitted in living dinning room .at beginning of season we are excited to announce we now have decking with furniture to sit out and have a coffee a nice glass of wine on a sunny day .l we also have WiFi so if you'd like to bring your TV stick or children's ipads ect feel free .

The caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms For upto 6 Guests it has fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage and electric power points in each room. Continental quilts and pillows are provided Mattress protectors are on all of the beds and get washed on a regular basis. Bed linnen provided all beds made up for arrival

There is a WC with hand basin and a separate shower room with walk in shower and wash basin.

The fitted kitchen comes equipped with a gas oven, microwave, New large fridge, freezer, ironing board, iron, toaster, kettle and a sandwich toaster slow cooker and air fryer.and a çoffee maker..

spacious lounge has a separate eating area, flat screen TV, DVD player, Freeview, games to occupy the children and a selection of books.

The caravan is just a short walk from the entertainment centre and parking is available at the front of the caravan.

This caravan has been looked after with love and care. This van is a 2004 van which reflects the price ,but we have done a part refurbishment and it is an up to date caravan that has everything you need and is perfect for families. I hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do. PLS NOTE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN GUESTS CHARGE ELECTRICAL CARS FROM VANS IT IS A FIRE HAZARD. THERE ARE CHARGING PORTS IN SITE IN CARPARK CLOSE TO CLUB.

Bookings & Conditions

We would advise all holidaymakers to take out holiday insurance to cover themselves against all eventualities.

A £75 refundable bond /deposit is required to secure your dates, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The full cost of your holiday must be paid 3 weeks before your start date.you may also pay instalments .

The initial £75 deposit will then be held as a security deposit. This will be refunded after your stay as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred (including loss of keys) or the need for an excessive clean.If we receive Any complaints for unreasonable behaviour overcrowding or smoking in the van you will be asked to leave .We will only allow the numbe of people booked into van to stay unless otherwise discussed and changed with owner.if you are asked dto leave you will not get a refund .No pets are allowed in van due to allergies .

All gas and electricity costs are included in the price. Pls do not leave gas on when not in van as excess gas will be charged for .

Sorry no pets or smoking allowed in the caravan.

Blue Dolphin Holiday Park has beautiful scenic walks along the cliff tops with fantastic panoramic views of the sea coastline.

On site there is a gym, sauna, convenience store, newly refurbished indoor and outdoor swimming pools, go karts, playgrounds, bars, restaurants and many other facilities.

Complex passes may be purchased on site.

Located approximately 9 miles from Scarborough and 2 miles from Filey, there are many places to visit for all of the family. A bus service is immediately outside of the Park, close to the caravan.

This is an ideal base for York races.
