Caravan Description

Our double glazed and central heated caravan for hire at 69 Maple Rise on Barmston Beach Holiday Park, has its own parking bay and purpose-built, gated veranda with rattan sofas and table and chairs.

We are situated on Parkdean Resorts’ Barmston Beach Holiday Park, which is close to Fraisthorpe and Bridlington.

The caravan is an ABI Focus with gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

Living area you will find two sofas, dining table with seating for 4, a TV and electric fire. The kitchen area is well equipped and includes a full-size gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.

There are two bedrooms - the master has a double bed and en-suite and the second bedroom has two single beds

There is a separate fully fitted shower and toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

If you wish to go swimming, please bring your own towels.

We have a strict no smoking policy throughout the property.

Two well behaved pets are welcome (free of charge). We do provide bowls for their food and water.

The booking is for the caravan ONLY and does not include Parkdean entertainment passes. These can be easily purchased from Reception at an extra cost, subject to availability (not pre-bookable).

If booking mid-October to mid-March, the on-site facilities are closed.

The caravan is close to the beach at Barmston, The Bridlington Spa and Sewerby Hall.

All prices / bookings are plus £85 damage bond. Bond returned if no damage and the property is left tidy.
