Caravan Description
My 35ft x 12ft caravan has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and 2 bedrooms.
The double bedroom has lots of wardrobes and storage space with a door to the shower/WC.
The shower is larger than a single shower and quite powerful, and as we have a combi boiler, the hot water is constant.
From the hallway there is a door to another WC with wash basin as well as a door to a twin bedroom, which has a single door wardrobe and storage cupboard above the beds.
The lounge has a pull-out, double sprung sofa bed. It also comes complete with an LCD TV and DVD player, plus a gas fire.
The kitchen is fitted and includes gas oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, microwave, toaster, and a full range of cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, pans, etc. There is also an iron and ironing board and vacuum.
Due to hygiene reasons and previous renters not putting pillow cases and duvet covers on, and pillows/duvets getting marked, bedding is no longer provided, and therefore you are required to bring duvets/pillows/sleeping bags and sheets. There are mattress protectors on all beds.
Outside, the decking is fully enclosed and so safe for small children. Garden chairs, beach equipment and things to keep the kids occupied are also provided for your use.
The caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm and has a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and carbon monoxide detector.
Duvets and pillows are provided with protectors on, but sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, towels and all toiletries etc. must be brought with you.
The caravan has allocated parking space for one car.
Gas, electric and water are all included in the cost of your holiday.

About the Area
This family-friendly beach resort on the Yorkshire coast is a 15 minute drive from the Bridlington railway station.Amenities include a restaurant with varied nightly entertainment, plus access to the beach and a heated outdoor pool with a waterslide (seasonal). Free daytime children's activities include archery and watersports. There's also free WiFi, a game room and laundry facilities.
