Caravan to let near Beddgelert, with its own small garden and car park for two small cars, plenty of parking within the land. Not overlooked, it’s peacefully secluded & private, surrounded by gardens, woodlands and mountain views.

The lounge has a large window, offering uninterrupted views over fields and river forest and mountains, The lounge is a lovely bright warm room as the sunlight floods in weather permitting! The front window overlooks the garden and the back window, which is part of the dining area, overlooks woodland.
Within the lounge is a built-in gas fire, electric heater, 26" TV with its own open box/satellite dish and a good selection of HD programmes, a separate DVD player There is an attractive dining area as part of the lounge.
The lovely open kitchen is the central part of the caravan and again, offers views over the garden. It has a gas cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. A cupboard in hallway, houses the gas boiler giving instant hot water to the kitchen sink and shower. The water supply can vary according to the running power of the waterfall in the garden. However two new water tank installed so much more reliable as there are no mains water in this rural area of Snowdonia.
In the bathroom, there is a shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (window overlooks woodlands). The second bedroom is smaller, with two single beds (overlooking gardens). There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge if required. There is now a travel cot with mattress and sheets for babies and small children .I would advise the caravan is best suited to a couple with children and Dogs. Large family groups may find it to crowded although can still be catered for as there is a pull out bed in lounge
I'll ask you to bring your own towels and personal things. Beds will be made up ready for you.. There is an outhouse adjacent to caravan which can be used as a smoking room with washing machine and freezer. There are two sets of steps one direct to front door the other opens on to a wooden balcony where you can sit and overlook mountains.
There is a fenced area around caravan garden.
Location
The caravan is sited in a private garden with a 200yd. Drive down to the road enclosed with Wrought Iron gates to keep dogs safe. Also the caravan overlooks a private garden for the caravan so you can sit by the river and exercise dogs etc.. There is a well-lit car park for one or two cars outside the caravan. Also the caravan has it's own fenced land where you can sit out and enjoy views whilst having your dinner..
This is a unique beautiful place. No laid patio or trimmed gardens, this is rural Snowdonia. Don't expect any similarity to a caravan site.
This caravan is on private land on the curtilage of owners beautiful if somewhat wild gardens. . Tall wrought Iron gates enclose our private land.
About 5 miles away, you have the busy harbour town of Porthmadog with four leading supermarkets and many shops. Approximately 2 miles from the Porthmadog town there is Black Rock Sands a 2 mile stretch of lovely sands, that you can drive along. There are five castles within 20miles radius also a historic narrow-gauge railway under 5 miles away Copper Mine and one of the paths up Snowdon as well as numerous attractions for children and adults alike.

About the Area
The caravan is sited in a private garden and has a drive down to the main road, with two gates one farm gate onto main road then half way up a tall wrought iron gate which creates seclusion keeps Dogs from straying down to road (opens outwards} but allows easy access .Apart from a small fenced garden surrounding caravan There is a large area of open land and a visitorsgated garden where you can sit by the river and let dogs free. There is also a 100t waterfall you can visit in the garden.
Spectacular Aberglaslyn Pass is nearby where there is walk beside the river to the famous Gelert's Grave approx. 2 miles Beddgelert, which is the most beautiful village in Snowdonia with several pubs, restaurants and a local shop. The caravan is approx. 7 miles from the Rhyd Ddu path up Snowdon.
The caravan is approximately 5 miles from the town of Porthmadog with harbour and crab fishing. as well as Ffestiniog Railway and major Supermarkets there is also Borth-y-Gest beach & harbour 1 mile from Porthmadog with the rocky Beach and quiet sandy cove/harbour
Caravan is sheltered with hillside and woodland to the back. rarely does snow settle here. It has its own eco climate, but snow often is seen on surrounding mountains. I do not let beyond September as Weather can become quite inclement.
Ideal for a quiet break away, a place to stop and breath a different peaceful World close to nature and wildlife. Total Peace and Quiet, but owner is not too far away if needed.
