Lodge Description

Two bedroom mini lodge for hire on Ty Mawr Holiday Park, set in a quiet and private position in beautiful surroundings and boasting views of Snowdonia and the valley.

Master room with king-size bed including en-suite with a full size bath, toilet and shower, there is also a hair dryer and straighteners for you to use, the bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and wall mounted TV. The second bedroom has twin beds, a travel cot and TV. Bedding is included in the price.

There is also a convenient second, separate shower room and toilet so there’s no queuing for the bathroom!

In the lounge is a luxury, leather, three piece suite with electric reclining chairs, and a 51” Samsung TV. Included this year is Superfast, free Wi-Fi for unlimited devices.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you may need including an air fryer, combination oven, slow cooker, coffee machine, smoke, and carbon monoxide alarms throughout - including a new voice alarm that speaks on detection of smoke or carbon monoxide. There is a night safe available, if required.

Full size decking boats beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding valleys, there are decking lights to help you find your way at night.
Watch the sun rise over the mountains in the morning and the sun go down, it is absolutely breath-taking,
it’s definitely not your average view! of another caravan 6 foot away

No vehicles or people can pass by the living room window making it a very private and quiet plot

Children will be highly delighted with the animals.

Location

This mini lodge is set in beautiful surroundings with views of Snowdonia and the valley on Ty Mawr Holiday Park. This is a home away from home where you will find stunning and breath-taking views of the surrounding area.

The beach is only a short 10 minute walk and is a lovely base to go exploring with Conwy and Llandudno a short drive away.

It is within easy reach of supermarkets and on the park itself there is never any time to not have fun with the Starland Krew to entertain your little ones or the adult entertainment in the evening. There are plenty of acts to see that visit the park each night to keep the whole family entertained. Ty Mawr also has an indoor heated pool with a flume and plenty of bookable activities that you can go on as well as an outdoor children's play area and a large sports court for the older children. (please note there is a separate charge for some of the bookable events).

Crazy golf that was newly introduced has proved to be a success in which the whole family can enjoy.

Don't want to cook? Then there is a chip shop and a restaurant on site as well as a convenience store for those last minute toiletries that you may require.

Towyn now has, not one, but two ever growing fun fairs with everything for the children and adults also. Knightly’s Fun Park is less than five meters from Towyn’s beautiful beach.

You will also find in Towyn the largest outdoor market in North Wales called Tir Prince market & car boot, with over 200 stalls and a licensed restaurant on site and an American style racetrack for live racing and events.
