Sunnysands Caravan Park is approximately 3 miles from Barmouth town and overlooks the beach of Cardigan Bay. On site entertainment caters for adults and children, it has a swimming pool with a poolside cafe, toddler's splash pool, a solarium and an amusement arcade. There is a local bus service that runs from the park in to Barmouth.
There are some lovely places to visit nearby, including Pant Einion, Arthog and Rhaiadr Ddu waterfalls, the Torrent Walk, Tyn-y-groes, Tal-y-llan, Fairy Glen and the Precipice Walk.
