To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Our holiday home for hire is located in a quiet part of the popular Quay West Holiday Park, which is a short walk from the harbour town of New Quay in West Wales.
There is a stunning, accessible sandy beach that forms part of the caravan park facilities.
Our summer house caravan offers a central open plan dining/lounge area with floor to ceiling windows along one side, offering spectacular sea views.
There is parking for one car beside the ramped walkway leading to the caravan and the decking area with table and chairs and again beautiful sea views - you can listen to the sound of the sea whilst eating al fresco.
The caravan itself benefits from double glazing and central heating, with fire and carbon monoxide alarms in situ.
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
Location
Quay West Holiday Park (part of the Haven Group) offers a range of live entertainment, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, amusement arcade, children's club and activities such as junior Segways, archery, bungee trampolines, aerial adventure course and crazy golf. Passes to access these facilities can be purchased separately at the main reception.
There is a supermarket and launderette on site too, along with Papa John's pizza takeaway.
Venturing off site, you can spot dolphins playing by the harbour in New Quay – you could even take a pleasure boat trip for a closer look.
The colourful seaside town of Aberaeron is short distance along the coast and is also home to Llanerchaeron House (National Trust). Not too far away, The Vale of Rheidol Steam Railway starts at Aberystwyth and travels to Devil's bridge where you can take walks through a picturesque wooded valley with waterfalls.
