Lan Y Mor Dunes Luxury Retreat Presthaven Beach Resort.

Welcome to our fantastic swift Chamonix central heated and double glazed 6 berth 3 bedroom caravan holiday home. It’s all ready for you to enjoy the laid back, flexible family lifestyle a caravan holiday brings. This is our pride and joy. We are now opening bookings for others to experience our little retreat. All we ask is you take as much care as we do and leave the caravan clean and tidy as you found it. In view of this, we say strictly no smoking/vaping in the caravan, or no adult group bookings as per the rules.
We have kept this caravan free of any pets due to allergies and do not accept any I’m afraid.

About our caravan :
The caravan is situated on arguably the best corner plot next to the sand dunes on the Lan y Mor area of Haven’s Presthaven Beach Resort. We are just a 5/6 minute walk from the main entertainment/pool area of the park and approx. 100 metres to the beach access behind the dunes. This beach access is flat and boarded for prams and wheelchair access and leads to the lovely sandy beach of Talacre with the lighthouse looking to the right. Our dunes at the caravan give you and 360 degree of Wirral and as far as Blackpool.

We are very fortunate to have large decking as you come out the main side door with seating for 2 and ample room for children. There is also a flat patio area with dining seating and a large grassed area. This looks out over the grassed dunes and path to the beach. To the front of the caravan is the wonderful sand dunes and we have we have newly glass decked veranda for tranquil views of the Dunes and wildlife. We have a bird feeder for wild birds, a pet pheasant that visits most days and rabbits nestled into the undergrowth that hop around. This area is perfect for relaxing and for daytime/evening entertaining. The patio doors open to a front veranda which has relaxing large rattan chairs with footstool and a coffee table. There is ample room for children to enjoy too. We have this lit with solar lighting around as well as attractive planting and re landscaped the area with wild flowers and planters to keep as natural to nature as possible.

We have an extended full width paved patio secluded area with grey rattan loungers for sunbathing and ample grassed garden.

Our caravan is silver/gold graded. It is fully central heated and double glazed with 3 bedrooms. We have a dishwasher and washing machine. The double bedroom has a very comfy double bed with excellent quality mattress, 19” smart tv, ample wardrobe and above bed storage. Dressing table area with hairdryer. Also 2 twin rooms with wardrobe and above bed storage. Both twin rooms have a TV/DVD / SMART TV in.

The caravan comes with 2 pillows each, duvets and a fresh bedding pack for the bed linen ready for you to make up beds yourselves. (Bed linen must be used to protect the duvets pillows).

You will need to supply your own towels. I can also supply a travel cot and high chair should you need it for your stay. These need to be booked in advance.

We have a full family shower room with toilet and basin and an additional separate toilet room. Living room is extremely large and spacious with a comfy L shaped sofa. We also have 2 separate chairs to enjoy the view and comfort, one swivels. The coffee table houses 2 pull out stools too. Electric fire, storage footstool, 40” Smart Television, DVD player, free WIFI and Netflix, Bluetooth speaker iPhone docking station, huge DVD selection.

Spacious fitted kitchen area with gas cooker with hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, panini sandwich press, Ninja air fryer and all utensils needed. Separate dining area with light beach table and chairs to seat 4 people.

There is a large car park a few caravans away down the path.

This is our own retreat as you can see it’s fully loaded to fulfil our every need. We have waited 3 years for this plot on Presthaven and were chuffed to finally secure it May 2022 with this beautiful large caravan.

We require a £75 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This is held as your deposit upon booking to cover damage/breakages or excessive cleaning which we hope would not happen. This is refunded once we are happy that the caravan is back in the way it came. We ask for bank transfer instant payment.

The remaining hire price balance is payable 8 weeks before or if less than 8 weeks full payment is required. We are happy to refund only if the park is forced closed with coronavirus. No other cancellation refunds accepted.

You are staying in our self-contained caravan on Presthaven Haven site. Haven Passes for the venues are not included but can be bought through Haven and once booked I send you the email with details.

Check in is 2pm but if I can do earlier I will try and accommodate if I can. This is not guaranteed.

Check out is 10am on day of departure as I will need to clean the caravan for the next family or us. Any late check out will be charged.

NO PETS /NO SMOKING/NO LARGE ADULT GROUPS OR OTHER GUESTS STAYING WHO ARE NOT ON THE BOOKING.
If any of the above rules are broken, we reserve the right to ask you to leave.

Besides these rules we want you to have a great time and hopefully return to us to enjoy again.

Location

We are a 5 minute drive from Prestatyn and a 15 minute drive from Rhyl. The North Wales coast is stunning.
