Caravan Description
Welcome to my webpage for our lovely 3 bedroom, 8 berth Eclipse caravan for hire on the lovely Presthaven Sands Resort in North Wales.
This caravan benefits from full central heating and double glazing.
It is in spectacular condition and it sits on the Beaumaris plot just a ten minute walk from the Resort centre.
This caravan comes with an electric fire, TV, DVD player and Xbox 360 with games in the lounge area.
In the kitchen you have a full size gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all other kitchen essentials you would expect. You will also find in the cupboard, and ironing board, hoover, brush and mop and bucket - along with an alarm.
This beautiful caravan has three bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite and hairdryer and two twin rooms, along with a bathroom with shower. There is also a fold-away double bed in the lounge area.
Clean bedding is provided, but you will have to bring your own towels and tea towels.
Booking Conditions
A £70 deposit is required to secure your holiday and to cover any damages that may occur during your stay. This is refunded by bank transfer or cash after your holiday if the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition and no damage or loss having occurred.
The balance is to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday (or full payment if less than six weeks to your holiday when booking).
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, but other dates are available.
Small dogs are considered at a charge of £20 a week.
We will meet and greet you on arrival to hand over the keys and also on departure. If the caravan is left clean and tidy with no loss/damage you will get your bond back on the day of departure. All damages must be reported to us ASAP - if not it may affect your bond.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking then refunds will be issued as follows:
8 weeks or more before holiday - 100% refund
6-8 weeks before holiday - 75% refund
4-6 weeks before holiday - 50% refund
Less than 4 weeks - sorry no refund
In all cases the damages deposit paid will be refunded.

About the Area
Presthaven Sands is not only a place where you are able to relax, enjoy yourself and feel at home, but a place where you can have as much fun as you want, at any time you want! There is an attractive beach, which you can have a nice walk along or you can make a picnic and let the kids play in the sand.The Park has many activities for any age groups, which include the new outdoor lazy river, which has proven really popular as part of the complex. There are two indoor pools, an outdoor pool for those sunny days, and in the same building there is a small Wacky Warehouse for small children.
Other activities include adventure golf, climbing wall, two parks, go karting, football pitches, donkey riding, amusements, roller skating, archery and pedal kart hire to get round the site. There is also a shop on site and a launderette.
Also, if you have any energy left after all this fun, there are two showbars that offer a full package of cabaret, comedy and kids' shows. The showbars are close to the Burger King, Papa John's Pizza and the on-site fish and chip shop just in case you get hungry.
Last but not least, there is a bus facility on site which will take you into Rhyl town centre or Prestatyn if you require.
Funworks Passes
To use the facilities at Presthaven Sands Holiday Park you will need to purchase a Funwork pass for all the amenities. The cost of these passes are not included in your holiday price, but can be purchased from reception.
The Funwork pass prices are set by Haven at Presthaven Sands Holiday Park and subject to change, which is completely out of our control. The current prices are as follows:
Peak Season
7 nights: £39 adult / £20 child
Short breaks: £30 adult / £15
Max capped limit: £178
Off Peak
7 nights: £26 adult / £13 child
Short breaks: £20 adult / £10 child
Max capped limit: £128
