- Haven operates a no single sex group policy so we cannot accept such bookings. 
-There is strictly no smoking or no pets allowed in this caravan. 
- Entertainment passes are not included in our rental price, but they can be purchased on site from Haven when you arrive. These are subject to availability and we are not responsible if there are none available this is out of our hands unfortunately.
- A £50 deposit secures your booking. Unfortunately however, it will not be refunded on any cancellation.
- We now require a £50 security bond payment. You will receive this money back once you have left the caravan and it has been inspected, if there are no damages etc. If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to get in touch.


Prestige Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan with decking, to rent on Haven's Presthaven Beach Resort in Prestatyn, North Wales. 

Our stunning, privately owned caravan is kept in immaculate condition at all times. We personally travel back and forward to clean it to make sure its the best it can be for when we have our lovely customers staying. 

Our prices are a bargain for this size and grade of caravan! The caravan is fully central heated and double glazed for that extra comfort in the chilly weather. It also has double doors which lead onto the veranda. The veranda will allow a wheelchair up and down however, depending on a disabled individuals needs, it may not be suitable for specific people. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have, I will do my best to answer everything accurately.

Our caravan is in the the perfect location on site if you want somewhere you can relax and have your own privacy, with our gorgeous secluded garden area with table and chairs. But also, somewhere you can have fun and do different activities every day. The amenities are approximately a 5 minute walk or less away! Perfect. We chose this location whilst thinking of the families with young children who they will be able to keep a close eye on if they want to play out in the garden in the sun, but also be able to walk 5 mins to everything they need. Including the beach! When parking alongside the caravan isn’t possible, there is the walk from the car park to the caravan (approx 1 minute or less) which may prove difficult for those with walking sticks as the walkway can be uneven and sometimes unlit.

Our caravan will meet all of yours and your families needs. An en-suite toilet and wash basin as well as a dressing table and wardrobe in the main bedroom, with space for a travel cot too. Inside you will find a large sitting area with a 42" TV with Freeview and DVD player. The caravan has 3 bedrooms, two small and a large (the main bedroom now has a 32" Freeview TV), plus a pull-out bed underneath the sofa in the living area. Fresh, clean bedding is provided. 

The kitchen has an integrated fridge freezer, air fryer, toaster, oven, microwave, kettle and all the kitchen equipment and essentials you will need (bowls, cutlery, pans etc). This is ideal for if you are staying a full week. We also leave a collection of cleaning products, along with a Henry hoover, brush, mop, iron and ironing board. Also, not forgetting the spacious dining area where you can sit and enjoy your food whilst watching TV.
