My caravan on Presthaven Beach Resort, is a 37x12 Cosalt Capri with 3 bedrooms, double glazing, central heating throughout and a new patio.

Caravan Description
My caravan is a 37x12 Cosalt Capri with 3 bedrooms, double glazing, central heating throughout and a new patio.
In the living room is lovely and cosy with a home from home feel. Provided for your entertainment is a TV/DVD.
In the kitchen there is fridge, freezer, microwave, George Foreman grill and an iron etc. There are double doors in the dining area offering lovely view whilst you are eating.
The bedrooms have plenty of space and in the double bedroom you will find a TV/DVD. All fresh bedding is provided.
Outside there is a table, chairs and a bench; lovely just to chill out. The car parking area is just facing the caravan.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. If you cancel you will lose your deposit.
If the caravan is left clean and tidy with no damage or any breakage, you will receive you deposit back.
I cannot accept any bookings from persons under the age of 21 or groups (same sex or mixed) – these are Haven’s rules not mine.

About the Area
My caravan is just 1 minute away from the Spar shop, 3 minutes from all facilities and also minutes away from a number of things for toddles, i.e. mini fair, bouncy slide, donkeys etc.At Presthaven Sands there are 3 heated swimming pools, inside and out, a large park by the swimming pools, a sports courts, arcades, a football Astro turf pitch, fair for tots, kids' clubs for tots to teens, a cafe bar and restaurant, a pub and clubs with very good entertainment - there is a big screen in the club, also bingo nights.
Also on site there is a fish and chip shop, Burger King, pizza place that deliver, mini super store, sauna, crazy golf course, go karts, and a launderette. Or you can enjoy a lovely walk along the beach.
At the reception you can receive all leaflets for outings to see the Welsh Mountain Zoo, castles and markets etc. There is a bus on site that takes you to Rhyl town centre which has a sea aquarium and the Sun Centre which is a large swimming complex. There are also many arcades.
Presthaven Sands reception will hold all information on outings.
There is so much more at Haven and everything for children - you won't be disappointed
