Caravan Description
Our holiday caravan at Presthaven Beach Resort, is a Willerby model and only a couple of years old (as of 2024).
Inside it is very spacious, with a large living area, comprising the lounge, dining area and corner kitchen. There lots of space to relax and spend time with the family, playing games - we have board games to suit all the family. There’s also a TV, DVD player and a Wii games console. The lounge also has a double sofa bed. There’s plenty of space to cook too, with the kitchen being very practical and including all the essentials for preparing meals. Extras include a toaster, coffee machine and air fryer.
The bathroom is an adequate size and includes a toilet, full size wash basin and shower unit.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a dressing table with lots of storage space. The room itself is very spacious and perfectly fits a travel cot or camp bed (not included). The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
Our plot on Presthaven Sands Holiday Park, is in an idyllic location. We have a large gated decking area with table and chairs, which is ideal to relax and watch the children play as there is a large grass area at the side of us, plus a little park.
We are situated beside the beach path, which leads through the dunes and straight onto the huge beach, not far from Talacre Lighthouse.
Our caravan overlooks the dunes and we often see lots of wildlife and sunsets through the front window. In the shed we have lots of outdoor toys and beach equipment. We are just a 5 minute walk from the amenities on site, so it’s quite peaceful, yet also not too far from the entertainment facilities.

About the Area
Presthaven Sands Holiday ParkOn site facilities include a shop, swimming pool, entertainment venue with arcade and plenty of food establishments, included Chopsix, Mash and Barrell, Cooks chippy, Papa John’s Pizza and Burger King. There is also a launderette.
Along the Coastal Path, Presthaven Sands is just a 15 minute walk from Talcre, with its lighthouse, cafés and shops. In the car you are 10 minutes from Prestatyn shopping centre.
The beaches run for miles and there are lots of little towns to visit along the way. We’re not far from Rhyl and Rhos on Sea, where we love to go crabbing.
Llandudno is a 45 minute drive away, and also the Welsh Mountain Zoo which is a fantastic day out.
